New Friends, New Life

Jennet's POV

I slept quite late and was awaken by Bella. I checked the time and it was 8:30am. I sighed and went to the bathroom to brush and then took a shower. By the time I came out, it was already 9:15am.

Bella had breakfast ready for me.
She had made my favourite breakfast which was pancakes with chocolate syrup. I had 2 pancakes and was ready to go to Kings Cross station with my trunk all packed and Oscar ready in his cage.

I was ready to depart when I saw tears in Bella's eyes which were for me. " Bella, don't worry I'll be here for my holidays. And till then you have a holiday. Go wherever you want to and enjoy your self. But remember to be back before I come back." I then kissed her on the forehead and she returned it with a sweet smile.

I then took a handful of floo powder which Albus had left for me to use it for going to Kings cross. I stepped in the empty fireplace, even said Bye to Bella and then spoke- KINGS CROSS STATION!!

In seconds I was there standing on the station. Then I took out my ticket and began searching for platform nine and three quarters.
I then saw a boy with jet black hair unlike mine which were chocolate brown in colour. He was carrying a trunk and an Owl in a cage just like me. I then thought that even he must be a wizard and maybe in my year as he looked the same age as mine.

I went over to him and said " Hi I'm Jennet Fray and you? "
He then replied " I'm Harry Potter". I then said " well I was looking for platform nine and three quarters , do you know where it is?"
"Well even I am looking for it but can't find it" he said and then suddenly we both a heard a wizard term - MUGGLES.

We then rushed to an old looking woman and her 5 kids. " Ma'am we were just wondering if u could tell us how to...to" I said gesturing towards the twins who just vanished when they were about to bang on the pillar like thing. "Ohh to get on the platform dear, well it's Ron's first year too. Umm well to get to platform nine and three quarters you need to go through platform number 9 and 10." Then suddenly I remembered what Albus had said to me and understood what to do. " You may run if you are getting nervous dears, go on now! ." After this harry and me held tight on our trolleys and ran between the two platforms.

After going through both harry and me discovered a new platform with a HOGWARTS EXPRESS written on a train. Both of us together get inside the train and take an empty compartment to sit.

As soon as the train starts Harry and me get on an interesting conversation on how our year will be in hogwarts Hogwarts when I decide to go to the washroom urgently.

I ask a girl in fifth year where the washroom is and she leads me till there showing her great kindness. When I'm on my way back I see an old lady giving out sweets and I decide to buy some before I think to rush to Harry and ask him if he wants any as he had been really sweet towards me. When I start running I suddenly bump into something.....someone.....someone live. As I was trying to get up I'm helped by a hand which I gleefully accept and then I discover the same blonde boy which I met in Diagon Alley. He's with a smirk on his face and says " Hi Jennet! Remember me from the Alley. Well come around I'll make you meet my friends." " well umm Draco I'd love to but I just need to ask a friend something, umm would you just wait for 1 minute??" I ask with a pleading look and thankfully he agrees. As I was about to go inside my compartment with Draco following me I see a red haired boy entering my compartment but as soon as he sees me approaching to the same place he stops and gives Draco and me a very weird look. " Aha, friends with Malfoy. Look I'm warning you Malfoy is not a good choice. He can make your life hell and then you can regret not listening to me." Says that red haired boy. I give him a confused look and then get dragged by draco to the other side.

He takes me to his compartment where I find 2 fat boys. 1 eating a cupcake and the other playing around with his wand and able to do nothing. I also find a girl sitting next to the window, opposite to the fat boys who is rather interested in admiring herself in her hand mirror. As soon as she sees draco and me she gives draco a bone crushing hug and says "Oh my Drakkie, here you are. I was starting to worry if some filthy mud bloods were irritating you or any half bloods playing their stupid bitchy pranks. Well whose this you've got here. Do you mind introducing yourself to me and by the way I'm Pansy Parkinson, I'm from one of the very well known bloodlines of purebloods." " well, nice meeting you Pansy, my name is Jennet Fray. I'm ..."

"Ewwwwwwwwwwww," Pansy shrieks. " You are a Fray! You're a filthy HALF BLOOD! Get off my Draco, you bitch. Stay away from us purebloods. Drakkie tell her to get out of here before I tell your father that you got a half blood in here!" I was on the verge of tears and thought that at least my new friend Draco would say something to comfort me or maybe something against the Parkinson girl but he just gestured me to go away.

I began crying and ran inside my compartment where I saw that red haired boy and harry of course sitting there and eating sweets. As I entered Harry and the other boy saw me crying and burst out with questions like why was I crying, who made me cry and other comforting words as well.

I told them the whole story as Harry just listened and the other boy whose short name was Ron which I discovered just kept blabbering about Draco and his family being on the bad side. After this conversation a girl named Hermione Granger also came inside our compartment and asked about a toad that a boy called Neville had lost and then she just left telling us to change into our robes as we would be arriving soon.

We did as she told, changed. I went and changed in the washroom and when I came back I saw both the boys changed as well.

The train finally came to a stop. Harry introduced us to his friend Hagrid a very polite giant. He was the one which took the 1st years to hogwarts boating till the steps which lead us inside.
