Chapter 2: The way that we love

            Ro and I decided to come back early to surprise Li and Jay. I just landed and Ro's flight should be here any minute so I decided to wait to for her so we can ride home together. "There she" is I said greeting her as she walked out the gate. Hey baby you all chipper that California sun really stuck to you didn't it? She said giving me a quick peck on the cheek.

*We don't really show too much affection in public other than the quick peck or occasionally holding hands depending on where we are. Yeah people know about our "lifestyle" as our baby daddies like to refer to it as but we still have this level of discretion when we are in public.*

 It did I actually enjoyed the time out there when I wasn't being bothered by Mack for the kids. Was he giving you a hard time because you didn't bring them? Yeah, and I specifically told him that they were in school, but he still had to throw a bitch fit about not being able to see them enough. He even had the nerve to ask if they could come live with him for a little bit. Excuse me uhh no that ain't happening. Girl you ain't gotta tell me, I am not sending my babies to live with him. For one no and two I am not dying because Jay and Li killed me for agreeing to that.  I do gotta come up with a compromise because he talking about me moving to Cali so he can see them more often. I am not keen on doing that either, because it's not just me its yall I have to consider too. Exactly and you know I am not moving so we can cancel that option right there. Why can't he move to Atlanta? Been there done that when we were married not doing it again, I can't live in the same town as him. Besides I don't want the problems between him and Jay. Don't forget Li she ain't fond of him either.  Her either she worse than Jay when it comes to him.

Enough about the baby daddy right now how was your time in New York? It was a blast, I worked with a lot of people and the movie is going to be really good. Oh and I was able to get the stuff for the anniversary party too. We have to pull this off without them knowing about it. I know if we can do this then we can beat them on the five year anniversary party.

* This is what we are doing in a couple of months it's or 10 years anniversary so Ti and I are throwing this massive shindig for Jay and Li as a surprise. The reason it has to be so good is that for our five years anniversary they went all out I am talking trips, matching vehicles, jewelry, the full deal package. Where they got the money to do it all Ro and I still don't know but they did. So we gotta beat them this time. *

Hey you know what else I was thinking we could do too. What's that baby? So you know how we have the seal right, I was thinking we can get tatted with a symbol or something. I like that idea Ti, like maybe the infinity symbol or something like how Jay tied all our rings together. I was thinking like maybe the kiss, you know how we seal it. So like our lips on each other's neck? That's what I was thinking.  I like it and I know Jay and Li will love it too.

We were just pulling up in to the drive way and all the lights were out in the house. Rightfully so it was 4 in the morning there shouldn't be any lights on or anyone up for that matter. We parked the car in the garage and quietly went into the house. You know Jay is gonna kick yo butt right? Why! Because you weren't supposed to come back until Saturday afternoon and here it is early Friday morning and you sneaking in the house. You think you not in trouble either "Ms. I'll be back on Sunday evening". Hey I finished my work what's your excuse. I missed my damn wife so I coming home to be with her. Wives, Ti you got more than one. Well right now it's about the one I am sharing an anniversary with.
