Chapter 7: Love me in a Special Way

The next morning we woke up in the living room, I look over and this is an interesting sight to see. Charli and Nia weren't in the living room anymore; they probably went up to his room. Jay and Ro were on that couch cuddled up. Lo and Chase were sleep fighting on the other couch. When I say sleep fighting I mean Lo's foot was on Chase's face and Chase's foot was in Lo's neck it was the funniest sight ever. Vi was still spread eagle in the middle of the floor. Wait there was someone missing though, where is Li at? I sat up looking for her. I smelled food, she was up cooking. I got off the couch, first I stopped and took a picture of Lo and Chase, it may come in handy at a later date when I need to black mail them. Morning babe, I said kissing her cheek. Hey baby, I didn't wake you did I? Nope I was gonna get up anyway and make breakfast but you beat me to it. You can still help me though she said giving me the sad puppy dog eyes. I'd love to; I haven't spent much time with you lately. I know you haven't, you been neglecting me Ti. She said laughing. You know I would never neglect you Li. I know you wouldn't, I was giving you a hard time. What we gonna do about...I've been thinking about it and I think we need to try to spend more time at home and I think she needs to take that gig in Texas. You know she's not gonna take it Li, especially not now. If she doesn't take that one she needs to take the ones that she is getting Atlanta at least, the last thing we need is her resenting us for stopping her career.

You're right Li. I know I am. Hush up Li I said laughing. You know it's true, I am usually always right especially when it comes to Jay. Not always Li you remember when you thought it would be cool to spray paint the bedroom. Hey okay so I didn't read the instructions. Hell yeah you didn't Jay was gonna kill you getting that spray paint all over the blinds and shit. But she didn't. And you know why she didn't either. Yeah cause you...morning babes Ro said coming in the kitchen giving both of us a kiss. Morning Ro! You remember that time when Li thought it was cool to spray paint the bed room? I sure do, Jay was gonna kick yo ass for real, but somehow you got out of it. How was that Li? She got out of it because she sexed me up for like a week and a half, she said coming into the kitchen. Morning baby, I said kissing her cheek. Morning Ti. Morning Ro, she kissed her cheek as well. When she got to Li she just looked at her, well actually they looked at each other. You were wrong for that, you know that right? I was, but I had to cover my ass and as long as you were happy I wasn't in trouble. You got that right, Morning Li she said kissing her cheek. Morning baby you hungry? Yeah I am. Did yall see how the girls are sleeping? We did! I got pictures of it too, we all said at the same time. And then we busted out laughing.

Not long after we finished making breakfast the kids came in looking like zombies. Don't feed the zombies Ti said laughing at them. Haha very funny mom, they said setting at the table. Okay Jay and Li yall go upstairs and get ready we are sending yall away for the day, don't worry about the dishes or the kids we will take care of that we said pushing them out the kitchen. Alright they said going up the stairs with no arguments.

They sent us to spa for the day. I wish they could have joined us Li. I know babe, it's no fun when we aren't all together. They must have something big planned if Ti is skipping this. Cause you know she'd be the first one in the spa. It must be. Hey Jay I wanna talk to you about something. Sure what's up Li? Why have you been turning down producing opportunities? You want the truth Li? Of course, I don't want you to lie to me. I honestly am a little confused right now as to what I wanna do, I still love producing don't get me wrong, but I feel a little stagnant right now. Why didn't you tell us Jay? When was I supposed to tell yall, we are hardly ever at home at the same time and we have 7 kids I have enough to worry about? Jay that's not true you know you can always tell us how you are feeling even if we aren't home, we will make time for you. We don't want you feeling like we don't care about you or your dreams. And we certainly don't want you thinking that the only reason we married you is to stay home with our kids. Li I know that's not why yall married me; it's just something I am going through right now it'll pass. Jay, I am not trying to tell you what to do but the next opportunity you get take it please to at least see if you still wanna produce music. I have gotten some opportunities, one that keeps calling me, maybe I will take it.
