With the cupcake arm replaced with a medigun with so much power that the healing beams leeks from the tubes,it's a real over healer,also the beams smell like pizza. On the other hand(bad pun right there) it's a twin stabber,that functions like an Ubersaw.
On her feet she has compartments on her boots that contain medkits,which is part of Toy Freddy's routine,making it a perfect match(but no I don't ship them)
