Kaveh's POV:
Oh god... This is so awkward sitting in a hospital bed all alone with the guy who made me like this
I fidgeted with my hands, hearing the heart monitor beep every second.
"Kaveh." Alhaitham said in a stern, calm tone, but I did hear a bit of concern behind his voice
Was he jealous? Pft, as if, he sat down on the chair beside the bed, looking serious but also sad at the same time.
"What do you want this time?" I avoided eye contact with him, looking down at the floor
"I-i... " He hesitated at first but eventually said "I'm s-sorry for what I did... " Alhaitham said in a guilty tone
I looked at him, shocked, he was apologizing!? God... What is going on right now?
"I-i should have treated you better..." He stared deeply in my eyes, his voice full of sorrow, seeming he was really guilty about what happened a few months ago
"Please, forgive me..!" Alhaitham's voice was full of desire and forgiveness
I felt a flutter in my heart that it best faster, but I couldn't pin down what it was...
Alhaitham's POV:
Finally, I finally apologized to him, I don't care if he doesn't forgive me or does, I just need to say sorry
Suddenly, Kaveh hugged me tightly, making my eyes widened in shock, it made me smile, hugging him back gently
"I forgive you, Haitham" It was the first time he called me that again after our fight, somehow, it made me feel relieved to know we were back on good terms again
"I will never hurt you again, ever" I smiled brightly as I held his hand softly, making him blush a bit
"Promise?" Kaveh looked at me with sparkling eyes, his plump pink lips, I really wanted to kiss him so bad, but now it wasn't the time
"I promise" I kissed his forehead softly.
Kaveh's POV:
I smiled brightly as Alhaitham kissed my forehead, closing my eyes and blushing like crazy
After the kiss, I nuzzled my head into his neck, smelling his vanilla scented perfume
"How are you feeling?" Haitham caressed my hair, his deep soft voice piercing my ears
"My body feels so numb..." I complained in a sleepy voice, my eyes feeling heavy.
