Its already been two days since Yoongi came back from the town. He hadn't spoken much to JiAh since then. The only thing he told her was that he handed the letter and soon someone will come to inform them about the situation in the town. He woke up early to collect fishes from the net that he placed near the lake. It was much easier than sitting for hours to wait for the fish to get in the hook. Then he resumed his daily training which actually went on for hours. Other times either he was sleeping or was planning his strategies for the future encounter. He was growing impatient every second that passed. But all he showed was dead calm to express his agitation.
"Are you worried that Ajumma won't be able to save King Hoseok?" JiAh ran her fingers across his silky hair. Yoongi stopped sorting the papers which he scribbled with all the routes and actions meticulously aligned together. He didn't look at JiAh but his eyes were evident that her question definitely affected him.
"NO!" Yoongi said. "She'll save him." The paper lying on the table was suddenly getting crumbled in his fist. His knuckles turned pale. He was trying too hard to contain the storm rising within him. "She has to save him."
JiAh felt bad for him. He was clearly suffering, but she couldn't do anything to make him less miserable.
"Did something happen?" JiAh asked. "You went to the town. Did something happen there?" She finally let out that one question that she was willing to ask him the very second he came back, but he looked too gloomy and tired at that time that she kept the topic for later. Now she couldn't take it anymore considering how much it was affecting Yoongi.
Yoongi relaxed his fist and took a deep breath before he turned. When he looked at JiAh, his eyes weren't dusky anymore. He was trying hard on being his contented self and even though it was forced, but there was still some light left in his eyes.
"There's nothing for you to worry about." He said in soft voice. Watching him being so warm to her, JiAh felt elated.
"You promise you won't keep me away from your problems?" JiAh made a puppy face, trying to make him feel better.
Yoongi nodded. His affectionate gaze fixed on her. His heart filling with blood again, looking at her cute face.
"Do you love me?"
Yoongi almost choked on her question. He never expected her to ask him about his feelings so directly. He felt flustered not able to think what to say to her.
"Th- that was so sudden." He stuttered.
JiAh chucked that how cute Yoongi can be when he blushed.
"Everything between is so sudden." She replied, "We met suddenly, we fell in love suddenly, and after some time I'll leave sudd-!"
Before JiAh could finish, Yoongi's lips were already crashed on her lips and were commanding her to move along. She parted her lips letting Yoongi in to take charge of them. He went hungry on them. Grabbing both her arms above her head, he pinned her against the stony wall and continued devouring them with aggressive kisses.
After what felt like an eternity, they finally parted, getting breathless by their non-violent violence. They both tried to catch their breath, looking intently in each other's eyes.
"Now you know what you don't have to say, right?" Yoongi spoke between rapid breaths.
JiAh couldn't speak anything. Partially because of the breathlessness and mostly because she was too embarrassed to speak. She just nodded in agreement.
"So....?" JiAh smirked towards him, her eyes showing the glint of mischief, ".....is that a YES?"
"What?" Yoongi looked at her confused.
