As professor snape wrote the recipe, i watched every moment i could with focusing on the steps, i delicately watch the writing and when he finished writing i start to gather the ingredients and materials, as i look at the board i added moon dew and waited for an reaction, then i powered root of asphodel in the standard base for potions
I waited for a reaction and when nothing happened i start to chop sloth brajn and toss it in, i started to stir and it bubbled up, i took a infusion of wormwood and poured it in, i put in a sopophourus bean, it started to bubble more and i put in a flower head and it stopped bubbling, i put in a valerian root and it started to bubble again, it was normal and was a good sign for the potion
It was almost done, i kept stirring and i felt a glare on me, it was professor snape, i didnt say a word because he might deduct house points, soon enough the potion was done and i put it in a vial and put it on his desk, i sat down and waited for the class to be dismissed
I kept feeling snape's glare at me and it kept me aware of my surroundings and it felt so.. nerve wracking and it was a bit much but its the usual so it didnt have too much effect but it made me feel nervous and i kept waiting quietly so i wouldnt effect the house in the house cup, snape looked at my potion and gave me a grade on the homework paper he gave us
I hoped it was a good grade since i made it perfectly....still it didnt calm my nerves and i kept waiting, most of the class were nervous when i finished first out of all of them, it was quiet
