After potions i didnt come to the dorms and instead went to the astronomy tower, i loved being on stop of the tower, it felt refreshing and the fresh air in the night felt wonderful, i look out on the edge, my bag was nearby, i put my hands on the handle blocking me from falling, i look out at the cresent moon and the stars, i loved stargazing and astromony, but it never compared for my love for potions
I breathed in the cold night air as it breezed through my hair, i didnt noticed the footsteps approaching me "Ms. Pierce, what are you doing past curfew..." his voice was deep and menacing and i turned around slowly so i wouldnt fall "i-i wanted to stargaze..." snape glared at me coldly, it went shivers down my spine "it doesnt give you a reason to skip curfew ms.." i nodded nervously
I was about to take my bag when he snatched it, he took the only shiny object inside, the last gift that my dead father left me, a sliver heart necklace, he looked at it and glared at me "meet me in my office at the weekend if you want this back" he gave me my bag and confiscated my necklace, it was only wednesday! How am i supposed to wait 3 days to get it back!
I sigh in defeat and i took my bag and left the tower to my dorm in gryffindor tower, i get past the fat lady and got into my dorm, i tossed my bag to the side in my solo dorm as i got ready to sleep, i showered and brushed my teeth and started to shuffle back to my bed as i drew my bed curtains and laid down and closed the curtain amd slept off the night
