Raymond POV:

Jamie: What? Are you sure?

Me: Yes. Do you want them to get in troubles? I don't besides I like Klause he has some good taste in tea and finally I get a tea buddy as well.

I might be a bit too early to say this but I started to feel attached to the kids seeing how they look at us. They needed attention and care soo desperately that I wanted to give it to them. No matter how hard I wanted to look away, I wouldn't be able to do that anymore at all.

Jamie: I guess... plus who knows, Violet and I can make some inventions together...

Me: Now question is what should be do with that maniac?

Jamie: Kill him.

Me: You sinner... but I will pray for your redemption and take the punishment with you in hell.

Violet: Jamie that is not ethically or morally correct..

Me: Believe me there is no way stopping her if she set something in her mind.

Jamie: Fine, I won't kill him... yet. But I can injure him long enough so we cn get away/

Me: Just burry him alive so that god may take him away any time.

Jamie: And I'm the sinner? Not a bad idea though...

Me: I am not killing him directly. I am just giving mother nature some help to take back a poor lost soul which escaped hell.

Klaus: I now see why you two are best friends...

Jamie: Aren't we just the best... now, what should we use? You want your bible?

Me: I need it so I can at least give the guy a chance in hell.

We both started laughing since it was partially a joke but honestly it was not really a joke. We just had our fun being weird no matter what. For others it did look as if we were joking around though.

Klaus: You two are weird...

Me: Can you say you aren't?

Violet: We've been called weird our whole lives...

Jamie: Then be happy you're around us because you're not weird in our eyes!

Violet: Really?

Jamie: I don't lie... Raymond, do I lie?

Raymond: Rarely and only if it is about bitter things... well let's say she doesn't lie if it is not about food cause she never tells me my food is horrible.

Jamie: Because it's not! Now you kids go pack, just incase anything happens...

Klaus: Alright, let's go...

Violet: Ok...

I watched the kids go as Jamie handled them and decided to go to our room as well to grab my bible and started to read something out of it as I started to walk to Mr, Monty. Jamie might have tried talking to the man but it was my turn now. So once I got to the office, I politely knocked and entered only after he gave me the go.

Me: Sorry to have disturbed you. Mr. Montey.

Montey: Oh it's fine Ray

Me: I came here to talk with you about something.

Monty: Oh? What is it?

Me: Do you perhaps believe in demons?

Monty: Not particularly, why?

Me: Matthew 8:29 : And behold, they cried out, "What have you to do with us, O Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?" .... What do you think about this verse?

Monty: I don't know, it can mean many things...

Me: It is a warning that is only fitting this situation. I believe we may have to face great challenges ahead of us.

Monty: What are you not telling me Raymond?

Me: Your new assistant is not who he seem to be. We believe that he is Count Olaf. I am not sure if Jamie already said this or not but I believe it is wrong to deceive your goodwill.

Monty: Oh... I had the feeling... he was quite forceful about being my assistant...

Me: Sir, please be careful we have good intentions and we think he might be after your life as well. This man will not stop from anything. A true demon in a human skin walking between us hiding and lurking, waiting for the right moment to strike.

Monty: Well let him try, I will protect those children with my life

Me: That will not be the problem since me and Jamie are here but we can't assure your life since you will be working with the man the most. The children will be quite sad if they lose you. Which is why I came here today. I wanted to ask you to focus on staying alive and let the kids be safe in our hands.

Monty: I-... I'm not quite sure, but I will try... thank you for telling me Ray...

Me: Thank you Sir and may god protect you to the bitter end.

With that, I left the man alone and ended up walking directly into the one person I tried to avoid so desperately.

Olaf: Now, who are you? I've never seen you behind the scenes?

Me: I am Pastor Raymond. I am here due to some unholy events going on.

Olaf: Really? What might those be?

Me: A demon is residing in this house and I am here to get rid of it. A throughout exorcism is needed.

Olaf: Oh, you mean the maniac woman?

Me: Who knows... now if you excuse me, I will need to put up some more sage.
