As I woke up curled up on the rocks inside the cave matt was gone but Roman and his little girl were curled up together so I scooted closer to him and kissed his forehead before diving in the water and going out to find some minnows for us using a carry bag that was made out of an old butterfly net that someone dropped it worked for the time being.
Roman:* stirs awake and looks around to find the guys gone which freaked me out* matt Jeff Gilbert this isn't funny* feels my cheek because I knew someone kissed it but I didn't know who and picks up a sleeping amberlynn* okay amberlynn what do you say we go find the guys
Amberlynn:* giggles and smiles at him*
Roman: I take that as a yes then* chuckles and dives into the water and swim's out of the cave to where the sun would warm us a bit*
Jeff:* swim's around and collects our food and signs swimming back from home I knew that Matt would pull something but having dad killed and me banned from home was not on my bucket of things he'd try as I swam up to the cave I seen Roman and amberlynn sitting outside of it awake* hey Roman I got some food for you and her it might not be what you're used to but it will keep you alive
Roman: thanks Jeff but I can tell something is bothering you what happened?
Jeff: it's nothing* looks down I was on the verge of exploding at my brother*
Roman: Jeff it's not nothing it has you shaking* wraps my arms around him to try and calm him down at least even a little bit even amberlynn was trying to give him a hug* see even she wants to see you smile
Jeff:* laughs and holds her* thanks you two but matt planned dad getting hurt by that shark he wants to help take the thrones from amberlynns mother with her evil sister he banned me from my home I don't know what to do Roman

Jeff:* watches after him and signs* amberlynn he's a real tease of a man you know that right

Roman:* keeps swimming deeper and deeper into the cavern not knowing where I was going until I swam into some old merman* s sorry sir

Roman:* by the time I reached the abandoned city I looked around* wow great great great great great grandfather you really know how to hide in a well built city* yelps as the water started to pull me through a small hole I fell on solid ground with no way of standing and I was still in the water* well this is a strange place but kinda cool I can atleast breathe again* see my tail disappearing and relaxs standing up* oh sweet legs I've missed you* walks around looking for my great grandfather's body and walks into a throne room all I seen was a body like this with the trident*

Roman: great grandfather Jason well nice to see you somewhat I kinda need your trident to help a friend and his people and I forgive you for not coming back home but the family would have loved to see you more I guess you had your job and they had theirs* grabs the trident and pulls it out of his grip and chuckles* don't worry about your suit you keep it it looks better on you old man now to help Jeff and his people keep their home safe* walks back out and breathes swimming off towards where I left Jeff I didn't understand why as I was swimming back I could understand what the fish were saying but I could feel my great great great great great grandfather's crown on my head and I was getting strange looks from the fish as I swam past they weren't bothering me like before and pops back up inside the cave*
Jeff:* wakes up and backs up a bit* Jason anoa'i?
Roman: it's just me Jeff Roman relax cutie and Jason was my great great great great great grandfather he apparently ruled before the queen did * holds up his trident*
Jeff: how'd you nobody's been able to remove that trident for centuries from his grip they said for years that he cursed himself so it couldn't be removed from his hands unless the person who tried to had a pure heart and would be like him loves to help others instead of themselves
Roman: well I guess it is my home to but I'm not letting them harm our home the way they want to rule and I may have given great grandfather a visit so now I know what happened to my family to make them disappear to the surface world all those years ago
