Visenyra took a deep breath as Alysarra pulled the strings on her corset, tightening it around her waist without a thought. As the Tully woman tied off the strings Visenyra smirked before sarcastically asking "Do I really need the corset?" Hearing the question Elaenara laughed and handed the princess her wine with practised ease. Alysarra rolled her eyes, but the small curve of her lips told them all they needed to know. The girl could not even pretend to be upset "No you don't your posture is perfect, and I wish I had a waist like yours". There was a small hint of sadness in her tone that caused the two laughing women to pause.
"Alysarra you are beautiful, a dazzling ruby in my crown never doubt yourself" As Visenyra said these words the other girl nodded and gave her a quick hug "Thank you Visenyra" She then stepped back and admired her work before slipping out to get herself ready for the ceremony. As her steps grew further away the Targaryen princess glanced at her vassal "Lady Celtigar I'm afraid I'll need to ask you to use your talents for something a bit grim" Elaenara just smiled and nodded before leaving the room.
The listening handmaidens just bowed their heads and continued getting her ready, Visenyra had chosen these women carefully nothing said in their presence would ever leave the room. A gift from the house of Black and White for her latest offering to the god of death. The Faceless men had sent her twelve trained females, whom she enjoyed sparring with from time to time. "Ladies I need one of you to find Lady Alysanne Blackwood and Lady Jacintha Baratheon" The youngest of the group stepped forward with a bright smile and spoke, "My Princess I am willing".
Visenyra watched her and smiled placing a soft kiss on her head "Thank you my child" As the girl ran off Visenyra looked out towards the dragon pit and spoke softly only for the assassins to hear "Many years from now I shall have a descendant who will be blessed by the fourteen, the god of light and the god of death, as the house of Black and White has been a friend to me I ask that when the time comes they shelter her who will become the mother of dragons"
Something was not right and Visenyra knew it, the women all nodded like their male brothers they could sense the blessing of death and war on the princess they would be foolish to ignore her words. No words were spoken as they continued preparing her.
Jacintha was the first to arrive dressed in Baratheon black and gold, while her hair was braided in a style of Old Valyria's warrior women. Visenyra smirked at her cousin as she walked forward with a small smile and bowed "Princess Visenyra, you summoned me?" Visenyra smirked and raised her hand not even a second later Alysanne entered, and the two women blinked in shock at her appearance the Raven Princess was dressed in a dark red dress that exposed her collarbone and cleavage the sleeves started on her shoulders. The neckline of the dress was covered with embroidered gold flowers, and the waist of the dress had a golden belt her usual necklace was the only jewellery she wore.
"Alysanne have you finally decided to get a husband?" Jacintha asked with a small frown only for the girl to flush and look away "No, I am meeting my betrothed today for the first time" Visenyra smiled and slowly walked over to her friend "I am glad I chose a good man for you".
