Alicent could feel Visenyra's fury as the woman stood in front of her "When you were younger, I ignored your comments because you were a child" Her eyes seemed to be violet flames at this point as she spat the words like they were venom. She could see the dragon surfacing from Visenyra the true face of a Targaryen. And suddenly she felt weak like something was being drained from her very being.

Air.......

Where was the air!? Panic filled her as she realised that she could not breathe. Green eyes moved quickly from side to side with a crazed look, as the consort struggled to gasp for some air. Her body trashed against the floor. Visenyra looked on silently her eyes filled with vindictive glee she wanted the woman to suffer. Alicent had no idea that this would go on for months until her father stopped her. He said that she could not kill the woman, yet he never mentioned anything about torture.

The sound of a whip echoed through the caves, followed by a scream begging for mercy yet the sun had set and risen with the sounds of screams. The guards silently watched on without a word. They felt no sympathy for the Royal Consort after all they all knew what she did and were loyal to their princess.

Alicent's luxurious gown was ripped exposing her back and legs, blood coated her back and legs as she lay crying for help in a puddle of her blood and urine. Scars were riddles across her skin a true testament of Visenyra's cruelty was that all her scars were under her dress. Hidden from the public and only for Alicent to see.

The true torture would be the woman seeing the scars every time she was alone and undressed and the psychological urge, she would have to hide them. In the summer she would try her hardest to hide the markings so much so that she would stand out and it would increase her paranoia.

Visenyra was a cruel woman to her enemies; when she could not kill, she played sick games on them for amusement. She would watch as Alicent drove herself mad. The woman stood not too far from the crying woman as she cleaned her whip and reapplied the poisons, she had happily soaked the weapon in. Then she stared at the girl and smirked "The poison on my whip makes women infertile once it enters their bloodstream it's a permanent version of the moon tea you so love to recommend to Rhaenyra"

Alicent felt her eyes welling up with tears upon hearing Visenyra's cruel words, but the Targaryen was not done. She walked over to Alicent and grabbed her face before forcing a liquid down her throat. "Just in case the poison didn't work to make you infertile a double dose always helps".

Alicent gagged and tried to bring it back up, but Visenyra was not having it "Drag her to her tower, have someone treat her wounds and lock her inside" The guards nodded and dragged away the woman. Visenyra turned and glanced at the man behind her "Kepus" Daemon stood behind her blood splatter on his armour. He had been to see Otto. Dragons were always drawn to their own Visenyra knew it hence her decision to marry Mekar. Out of love yes but also to prevent her sister from getting her heart broken.

Daemon was truly like Aegon more so than others knew and Visenyra did not want to repeat history. As if sensing her thoughts, he nodded at her and walked away. It was time for her to make her move. Slowly walking back into the keep she asked a maid to draw her a bath before walking into her father's quarters. He looked tired and weak like the shock of Otto's deception had finally got to him.

"Father" he gazed at his daughter with a blank expression before nodding in acknowledgement and looking away. Visenyra sighed and poured him his wine placing the cup in front of him "I'm sorry, I know you had hope for him". Yet he did not even speak, Visenyra left the room and slowly made her way into her quarters ready to wash off the blood and grime. She wanted her children and husband to be with her. Dorne was always her comfort place but after tonight that would end.

_____ _______ _______

Hours had passed and the Princess had not seen her father once again she visited his chambers after all when she left, he would be alone. "Father" The man sat near his model and seemed to be crying. "Daemon came in earlier he was furious he stated I was a weak king who knowingly killed my wife". Visenyra stayed silent confirming her father's thoughts "You blame me as well?" The girl glanced at the fire and shrugged "She knew what would happen you both did as far as I'm aware you assisted her in her death" The old king nodded and glanced at his eldest before making up his mind "You may go"?

Visenyra looked at him before leaving only she knew what her father intended to do, and it worried her. After everything, Rhaenyra would still get the throne and she was prepared for that because Rhaenyra was their father's favourite.

Visenyra made her way to the training area and glanced at the target before grabbing her bow and arrow. For the next few hours, the guards watched as the princess constantly threw everything at the target from arrows to axes. Eventually, she paused and glanced at the tired men "Go I shall not need you for the rest of the night".

Only three left the others waited and finally got what was expected the Princess turned to them and smiled "Any of you fancy a spar". The smile grew wider when they all volunteered, and she let out a laugh "Come at me you impatient idiots" The relationship between Visenyra and the Royal guard was a thing of beauty she was their mistress, the heir to the Iron Throne but she was the only sister in their large brotherhood.

On the field and in training she never failed to remind them that they were her brothers in arms. The type of Queen who would die on the battlefield beside her men if she needed to. That is why they made their decision, two of the guards slowly walked over to the King's chamber and knocked before he allowed them entry.

They watched the old king as he looked on at his daughter and then at the wine, she had placed in front of him earlier. He then watched the two men he had seen when they left upon getting a chance but only now did, he realise it was not for sleep but to see the decision he would make. Gulping down the wine he turned to them and laughed "Visenyra did everything for Rhaenyra's happiness did you think I would take the one thing she has worked hard for from her?"

When the guards just blinked the man laughed "I suppose favouring Rhaenyra has caused everyone to doubt me. Call the scribe and Princess Rhaenys".

A maid nodded and rushed off the two guards said nothing as they understood what would happen. It felt like an eternity before the scribe and Rhaenys arrived her husband walking in after her. Viserys just turned to the scribe and began to speak.

"I King Viserys name Princess Visenyra Targaryen the firstborn daughter of myself and Queen Aemma the heir to the throne may she succeed upon my death. I name her and no other as the future ruler of Seven Kingdoms". After he finished speaking he looked at the scribe who bowed and handed the king the declaration bearing his words before he sighed it. Pausing he cut his finger and as the blood leaked pressed his finger down near his signature leaving the bloody fingerprint.

Coryls and Rhaenys followed his example as they sighed as his witnesses alongside the two guards and the maid. Without a word, he dismissed them all except the maid "You look like Aemma in her youth. Come sit and read to me" The maid followed and read to the king until he drank his fill and then got into his bed. The little maid of only 12 continued to do her duties even as the old king fell asleep.

Authors Note:

After the reaction the what happened to Daenerys's maid in The Dragon Queen, I decided to be nice and tame in my descriptions of torture or scenes that make others uncomfortable. However, I do hope you all enjoyed this chapter after all you waited for a long time. Sorry for the wait.
