The once bright beacons of hope now cast a shadow of doubt over the very concept of heroism, leaving Y/n question if true virtue and selflessness can truly exist in a realm so marred by the heroes imperfections.

Disillusioned by the empty promises and broken ideals of those who claim to be Heroes, this person discovers an unexpected kinship with the very forces they were taught to despise.

And that weary soul happens to be Y/n.

He has become more dependent towards Shigaraki as time goes by. There isn't a day where he's not secretly messaging him about his plan towards revolution and in return, Shigaraki keeps adding more fuel to the fire

Hosu City, a place where the hero killer stain was spotted has been all around the news

Many tried to look for him but failed as they would either ended up injured or worse dead.

But this does not evoke fear towards Y/n as he strolled around the city looking for any possible threats of villains that is roaming around the city streets

He glanced down at his hand and and suddenly a memory of his temporary quirk flashed before him

Despite it being borrowed he felt as if it belonged to him, as if it's something that he should be having

"Eyes up ahead." His father snapped

Y/n drops his arm to his side as he followed his father's order and looked straighted ahead

It wasn't long before he received a notification, he picked up his phone from his pocket and frowned we he was sent a random map with a marked location

"An alleyway..?" He asked to himself as he turned his head back to stare at the direction where the map is showing him

"Where are you looking at? I said eyes ahea-" his father wasn't able to finish his words when Y/n have bolted towards the location

As he reached the area he stopped immediately, so fast that his shoes screeched against the asphalt

His eyes widening at the sight before him, Three of his classmate was bleeding.

Iida was on the ground bleeding and on the other side was another Hero who seemed unconscious

"L/n-san!" Izuku yelled as he spotted him immediately

Y/n's eyes snapped towards the green haired male who's staring at him with wide eyes

He was yelling something but it's as if everything around him deafened, the sight before him was too much for him to handle

The weight of his ideal and belief began to make him question everything, Caught between the fragments of light and the depths of darkness, his confused soul wavers, unsure of whether he's destined to be the hero that saves or the villain that consumes.

At the corner of his eyes he saw something, it was shiny and speeding towards him in a fast motion

Everything became a blur when he saw a green flashed before him and then drops on the ground

"Midoriya!" Shoto yelled

Izuku has taken the hit and was stabbed through his shoulder by the knife that stain just threw towards Y/n

As Y/n's eyes fall upon Izuku's bleeding figure, a flicker of doubt ignites in him, causing his beliefs to tremble under the weight of compassion he never knew existed within him.

He looked at stain and something inside him snapped, his pupils dilated as he approached the hero killer with a murderous intent

He was about to attack when Shoto stopped him after sensing his intentions

"Don't." Shoto firmly said

"Don't stop me." Y/n answered back

"You can't let him get to you, killing him will only make you less different to them" Shoto said

Oh if only he knew what happened during the USJ attack, how he let the villain fall to their death with no remorse

Y/n stopped and listened to him.

It wasn't long before the heroes arrived and arrested Stain.

But as he was about to be put inside the vehicle, stain turned to Y/n and muttered something under his breath making his eyes widened

"You are not a hero, but a villain in the making. The choices you make and the darkness that lingers within you paint a portrait of a path veering away from redemption."
