DEAR JOASH

Dear Joash,
I took you up when you were seven,
now you have allowed the leaven
to leave ash stains on your
garment.

Dear Joash,
I chose you when death chose you
and saved you from being shoved into his abyss.
You were not qualified yet
I overlooked all your unqualifications.

Dear Joash,
You began my journey well
but you ended all in the well of regrets.
You never got into my promises
before you walked out of my premises.

Dear Joash,
All I wanted was your good ending
but you stole my pen,
and wrote yourself an unwipable
disastrous ending.

Dear Joash,
Now that life is out of your
reach, I welcome you to
your portion of rife.
A portion, just for you.

Dear Joash,
You easily forgot me,
And now only fee will remember,
understand, and write about
your memory.

ROYAL 6'S BIO

King Joash was the eighth king of Judah, and the sole surviving son of Ahaziah after the massacre of the royal family ordered by his grandmother, Athaliah. His mother was Zibiah of Beersheba. Jehoash was 7 years old when his reign began, and he reigned for 40 years. He was succeeded by his son, Amaziah of Judah. He is said to have been righteous "all the days of Jehoiada the priest" but to have deviated from fidelity to Yahweh after Jehoiada's death
