i worked at a nail salon that had a child space in the back for kids.
"how many clients you got today" chanel asked
"idk i think like 2 or 3" i said walking to my station
"oh ok ok" she said starting on her first client
"heyy" my client said walking in
"hey you can take a seat" i said grabbing the things i needed and got straight to work

"and you're all done" i said to my last client wiping her nails off
"ouu yes girl these are bombbb" she said looking at her nails
"how much i owe you" she said going in her purse
"$175" i said wiping my hands on my apron
she handed me $200
"i dnt have any change" i said
"girl keep that damn change" she said smiling and leaving
"you out ?" chanel asked
"yea gotta get my baby fed" i said cleaning off my station and walking to the back
"mama i hungry" kaisen said walking to me
"i know come on so we can get some food" i said holding his hand walking out
"bye y'all, say bye kaisen" i said waving

we left the salon and i called us a uber

it took us about 25 minutes to get to mcdonald's. he drove up and let me order
"yes, can i get a kids meal and a spicy mcchicken meal" i ordered
