Mr. Yu brings Karina with him to Karina's bedroom. Behind Karina were two men with their guns. As soon as Karina opened her own room's door, she saw Aeri who looked fine outside. No bruises, no wounds, only is that Aeri look terrified and a bit messy.

Aeri ran into Karina's embrace with her glad tears. She then lifted her head up looking at Karina who slightly smiling towards her.

"Are you alright, Aeri?", Karina asked, almost crying.

"Hmm!", Aeri nods eagerly while still hugging Karina tightly.

"You can go home now", Karina smiled again. Aeri was glad that Karina was there with her. But letting Karina be killed by her own father, No! Aeri can't do that!

"B-But Rina---"

"Hush. It's okay. I'm gonna be fine", Karina tried to assure her with a little smile.

Aeri gripped Karina's hand tight. No! She wants both of them alive!

Karina turned her head around, looking at Mr Yu who patiently waiting for them. Then, Karina turned her head again to Aeri.

"Now go~ Yeji eonni eagerly waiting for you", Karina said and slowly removed Aeri's hand from her, slightly pushing the younger one away from her bedroom.

"R-Rina...."

"Just go"

Karina looked at Aeri, maybe for the last time. Smiling dearly towards her friend who always trusts her and is by her side all the time.

"Father... let me see you send Aeri away unyil the front gate...", Karina said to her father coldly.

"Fine...", Mr Yu said and in slow-mo, he shut the bedroom door tight with locks, as Aeri's voice can be heard clearly through the walls.

"RINA!"

As promised, Mr. Yu let Karina look at Aeri until she was pushed out from the house gate. Of course, Karina could only see Aeri from her room, slightly smiling in sadness, yet happy for Aeri. Finally, her innocent friend was freed from her father's torture.

A moment later, Mr. Yu came back to the room with a smirk on his face. Karina sat down on her bed and slightly turned her head to her left, where she put a tiny frame of her mother's picture at the side of her bed. Karina slightly smiled at the picture, knowing that maybe this was her last day living on earth. Maybe she will meet her mother soon.

"Father... I was wondering...."

"Why didn't you kill me all these years...? Why did you let me live...", Karina slightly grins, hiding her sadness while a drop of tears comes down from her cheek.

"You think killing people was that easy aren't you?", Mr. Yu lifted his eyebrows in annoyance.

"Just... why...?"

"Money was everything! Don't you know it?", Mr. Yu suddenly became angry.

"You were the stubborn one! You filthy slut! Everything I ask you to do... You don't want to, right? So what choice did I have more? Instead of having you alive and ignoring all my requests, why not I just kill you to death? Easy right? Does that sound easy to you?"

"Your mother and you are the same!! You guys are filthy--"

"FATHER!!!", Karina stood up from her bed. Tears came down nonstop and her face was red in anger. Clenching her fist tight, Karina couldn't accept the hate that his father had towards her late mom just now.

"YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS FILTHY!! YOU ARE TRASH!! YOU--"

Karina kneeled down in pain.

"What did you just say?", Mr. Yu smirking.

"I couldn't hear you. Can you repeat?", putting his hand to his ears as he pretended not to hear what Karina said, even tho he just shot his own daughter in her left leg.

"Erghh....."

"You shouldn't say that Karina Yu~ aren't you the one who wanted to be dead all these years? You were the one who eagerly wanted to be together with your mother? You should thank me for killing you later, you know?", Mr. Yu smiling again like a crazy person. He didn't care at all to his own daughter in front of him who endured the pain on her leg alone.

"I-I know... but t-then...."

"Then what? You should die as soon as you can~"

"But t-then I met... I met someone...", Karina answered while holding her injured leg.

"Someone? Ah~ That girl? That healer girl? Don't tell me you like her?", Mr. Yu snickered.

"I love... I love h-her..."

TANG!!

Another shot was released to Karina's right leg. Now Karina can't even sit anymore. A loud thud was heard through the secret intel communication. That's when everyone who hears it realizes that Karina is finally down.

"You love her? She wasn't even here when---"

BANG!!

The door was slammed, revealing 10 police in their bulletproof suits with a girl in her leather black jacket, and black cap but this time no mask, holding a metal pipe, and it's no one other than Winter.

"Police! Put down your guns and put your hands up!!", Mr. Kim said as he and his men pointed their guns towards Mr. Yu.

Winter paused for a moment, looking at Karina's weak body on the floor. No! Winter didn't want this to happen.

"K-Karina...", Winter walked towards Karina and held her body inside her embrace. Winter couldn't hide her tears at this time. No! She needs Karina! She just hoped those gunshots would not harm Karina.

"W-Why are... you so.... late....", Karina tried to speak with her heavy breath.

"I'm... I'm sorry, Rina....", Winter cried, hugging Karina tightly.

"Kim Minjeong! Bring Karina to the ambulance downstairs. Hurry!", Mr. Kim said still pointing his guns to Mr. Yu.

Following her father's order, Winter brought Karina on her back, running downstairs towards the ambulance that already was there 2 minutes ago.

"Don't rush t-too much... you fool... I will not be dead tho...", Karina slightly smirked to Winter, looking at how fast she brought Karina to the ambulance.

"How did you-- know that you gonna be alive!?"

"I'm a m-medic student... you idiot... Bullets to the leg c-couldn't kill me... What kind of girlfriend are y-you...", Karina said in her weak tone. If she wasn't this weak right now, maybe she already smacked Winter on the head.

How could Winter forget that!!
