Venturing far from home

"V-vampire?"
I accidentally said out loud

"Oh- Seems like you got it! You humans catch on so fast nowadays"

1st Person

My heart started beating fast when those words were spoken from his mouth

'I've never been this close to a vampire in my whole life...what do I do?'
I started backing away slowly

"My dear, I assure you that there is nothing to be afraid of, I am not looking to attack humans."
He said as he stared straight at me

"Y-You're a vampire, Y-You Need blood to survive.."
I said shakily

"Irenia, Animal blood is most Commonly better then you humans"
He said again

'So he attacks animals? And then drinks their blood? At least he wouldn't attempt to attack me...'

"So, would you care to stay here tonight? It's late, and the Werewolves are already out and attacking whatever comes in their way."
He said sternly

I thought about what I should do

"Uhm, I would like that please, but I have to get back home in the morning, my Grandmother must be worried sick by now.."
I said as I looked at the floor, which is mostly clean

"You could write a letter to her, I would be happy to send it to her."
He requested

"How would you get it to her?"
I asked

"Im a vampire, i have my ways sweetheart~"
He said seductively

I felt my face get warmer hearing the nickname
"Ah- i suppose you are..."

Prince Valen got up and with a 'Snap' of his fingers he summoned a paper and a pencil and gave it to me

"For you, My dear, Write a letter and ill send it to your grandmother."
He said calmly

"Okay....thank you."
I said as i started writing

'Dear Nana, I am in a bit of a predicament right now, i was chased by wolves, but do not worry, i made it somewhere Hopefully safe, i will be back by day light, im sure of it.

P.s. If im not back by day, do not worry too much, im sure i probably just got lost'

I set the pencil down and folded the paper

"I am finished writing."
I say as i looked at Valen, stretching my hand out to give him the paper

"Awesome my dear! Now ill send it to her, will you be kind enough to tell me where you live?"
He stated

"I suppose i have to, if i want to get the letter there as quick as possible"
I said and then told him where i lived
