"Lee Jiyoon come to my office" Hwang Mina, her boss ordered her "A few days ago our hospital received blood samples of Lee Taeyong and Park Eun" she stated as Jiyoon could not understand her point

"And the results were positive but my point is you're Lee Jiyoon and was adopted by your family when you were 10 years old. Do you know why I'm telling you this?" Mina asked as she leaned forward on her desk

The other girl just shook her head while Mina laughed "It means I can fake your identity and you can pretend to be Taeyong's sister Lee Jiyoon who went missing 16 years ago. He'd do anything for his sister so use this chance and get rid of Eun's flower shop in that building. I'll give you a promotion and your life as Taeyong's sister can promise you a comfortable life"

When Mina successfully brainwashed Jiyoon she went to mess the results up "This is what you get for humiliating me Park Eun"

Taeyong sat outside of the operating room shocked and unmoving. He had thought that he finally found his sister after 16 years only to be fooled by the Hwang family and almost lost his actual sister

It has been hours since she was in an accident and hours since they took her into the operating room "Here at least drink this" Doyoung said handing his friend a water bottle "You know I should have just trusted my hunch back then why did I have to get our results done at the Hwang's hospital" he chuckled lightheartedly

"No one knew that Mina had a personal grudge against her you know so don't blame yourself. She went through a lot and I just fueled the fire further by being mean to her. She was just trying her best to make her daughter have a comfortable life" by now his tears were falling down

Doyoung hugged his friend in a comforting manner but was soon cut off when the doctor came out of the operating room "How is she?" Taeyong asked as he quickly stood up and went near the doctor

"We were able to stop the blood but she might take a while to wake up but" the doctor sighed "But what?" he asked desperately "Her brain was severely damaged so the chances of her waking up are really low"

Once the doctor walked away Taeyong slid down the wall. This can't be the end of it he can't lose his sister like this now after all the years of desperately searching for her she just can't leave him like that

Jaehyun was anxious since Eun wasn't picking her phone up he did not know what to do and on top of that Eunjae wouldn't stop crying until her mom was with her. His phone rang when he was trying to calm his daughter down, thinking it was Eun he picked it up without looking at the caller

"Hey where are you? Do you know how much Eunjae is crying? I'll come and pick-"

He was cut off when he heard an unknown voice "Is this Jaehyun I'm speaking to?"

"Yes who's this?"

"We are calling from the Central Neo hospital you were the last person she contacted before getting into an accident" he did not let the person finish her sentence before running out of the door with his daughter in his arms and quickly sped off to the hospital

"What are you doing here?" Taeyong questioned when he saw the man come in "Visiting my wife" he glared at Taeyong before looking at the woman who was lying down with IV drips in her arm and an oxygen mask on her face, her head bandaged 

The sight broke him since her current situation was caused by him, if only he didn't say mean things to her she wouldn't have ended up in this situation "Mommy" they heard a little girl wail loudly while holding her mother's hand

"Why was she crying?" Taeyong took Jaehyun by the arm when he tried to go closer to the girl "So you were there when she got into an accident? How would I know that you were not the one who pushed her?"

"Why would I push my own sister towards her death?"

"What?"

"All this time Eun has been my Jiyoon and without knowing I treated her horribly but when I finally found out the truth she almost died right in my arms. You must have treated her horribly to the point she was not able to pay attention to her surroundings"

Taeyong's statement got louder and louder to the point Doyoung took Eunjae and went out of the room 

"Why are you acting all innocent when you pushed her away when she went to you crying for help? You took her shop down don't you remember?" Jaehyun laughed starting to blame Taeyong as well

Right when he was about to say another word the door to the room slid open catching both their attentions "Aren't you guys ashamed to cause a scene in the hospital?"
