Jiyoon woke up to the sound of her baby giggling and stood up walking toward the living room where her daughter and Jaehyun were "You slept well?" he asked when he noticed the female walk into the room

She nodded before going to the kitchen to find a breakfast with her name written on a piece of paper next to it "Figured you'd sleep in so I ordered something for you" 

"You're not gonna say you cooked it for me?" she asked taking a seat "Nope. Me trying to rizz you up was yesterday but today I'm a responsible father who'll take her daughter to her daycare. While you wash up I'll drop her off and take you to your work" he said before lifting Eunjae up and went out

This kind of affection was all new to Jiyoon since she never spent more than five hours next to him. She just simply couldn't complain about it since she's been dreaming of it ever since she was married to him

But now she wasn't even sure if she wanted Jaehyun or Eunwoo. Eunwoo was a good man and a blessing for her when she was having a hard time, he was the type of prince she dreamt of when she was younger but right when the man she wanted ever since she was young in front of her, she couldn't let go of her first love, her first heartbreak and just her first everything 

"What's gotten you thinking deeply?" she was startled by the sudden voice and looked up to see Jaehyun "You're back this fast?" he chuckled before shaking his head "I see that you've been spacing out for 30 minutes. I'll give you five minutes to get dressed so that way we both won't be late for work"

Days passed with Jaehyun picking up and dropping off Jiyoon to work and spending every now and then on family outings such as movie nights, picnics on the weekends or just generally walking around the park

"You know I still hate you for all the things you've done to me" Jiyoon drunkenly told Jaehyun "What did I do to you?" he asked as he carried her to his car. She had a team dinner and got drunk making him have to carry her home, not that he minded

"All the things you made me go through when we were still married" Jaehyun stopped for a moment before asking "You're starting to remember?"

"I've never forgotten I just pretended I did. I was so hurt by everything you did and I didn't want to do anything with you afterwards but then out of nowhere you came back and started wanting me back just because we had a child together"

"But I can't blame you for that just know that I didn't mean to baby trap you" Everything started making sense to him now, her avoiding him like crazy, her being mean to him but he thought he had to try harder because she thought there must have been a reason why they were separated

There was a reason but he felt like it was wrong of her to act as if nothing had happened between them. He needed some time to take in everything so he dropped her off at her brother's place

"It's been quite long since we last saw each other hasn't it?" Eunwoo asked Jiyoon as she was sitting in front of him, taking a sip from her tea "It has how have you been?"

"I've been doing fine, just busy with work" she nodded her head agreeing with him "I'm going back to the states tomorrow. Do you want to join me and start everything fresh?" he asked while sliding a plane ticket to her

"Please think about it"
