"What the actual fuck?"
Five heads turned towards Simran as the curse left her mouth seeing the mansion they live. It was a good 2 hrs away from the mansion she was staying till now. This one was on the modern side.
What shocked the five of them was that the little petite girl could swear. "No swearing..." It left Vivaan's mouth almost involuntarily. Ayansh nodded in agreement. Siya and Arushi exchanged raised eyebrows with their husbands, while Aryan looked at his wife with amusement.
Simran cringed upon hearing the warning. Even Vivaan realized the absurdity of rebuking a 19-year-old for swearing, considering he might have started swearing practically from birth. Yet, he couldn't help but feel protective towards her. "What am I? Six or seven?" Simran countered, effectively sealing Vivaan's mouth.
"What did you say?" vivaan questioned. His eyes narrowing on hers. Simran's stance faltered a bit seeing his eyes on hers. Maybe answering back at him wasn't the right thing to do. But it was not in her control. You can't expect a teenage girl to not talk back when scolded or rebuked.
Vivaan snapped his fingers at her. "Care to repeat what did you say?"
Aryan seeing the situation quickly came in front of simran. "Bhaiya leave it. She didn't mean to. She is just a kid" Simran hearing the words tugged at his shirt forcing him to move from her front in no way she was going to be termed as a kid and her words being shrugged off.
Aryan turned back at simran and glared at her. He then turned to vivaan. "Why are you defending her aryan? I haven't heard her speaking for long and now that she speaks, she is spitting fires?" ayansh mocked clearly enjoying the situation.
"Why are you both torturing the poor girl?" arushi questioned. She looked at simran and smiled and walked to the brothers. "And did she say something wrong. You guys might have started swearing at a younger age than her."
Vivaan was about to say something but siya interrupted her. "Why are all fighting like kids?"
Siya rebuked and sighed but mentally she was giggling at her husband's unintentional paternal reaction. "Let's, don't waste time here. And Simran, let us show you around the mansion." Siya ushered all of them inside. Arushi, the ever-enthusiastic one, couldn't help but gush, "Yeah, the only thing these brothers possess that will make you drool."
As they followed Siya inside, Arushi felt a pull on her hand. She suddenly found herself in close proximity to a hard chest, and hot breaths fanned over her neck. "The only thing you find drooling about us is the mansion, huh?" Ayansh whispered, his voice lower than usual.
Arushi gulped. Ayansh was silent for the whole night and even during the morning but now when he decided to talk he says things like this. She can never understand this man. "Weren't you angry on me?" arushi asked him. Her eyes looking everywhere but not his face.
"Look at me darling." Ayansh said in a low voice. He looked around and made sure nobody was close to them. Ayansh moved close to arushi as she looked at him. "I said yesterday darling I am not angry on you. Why would I be angry on you when it was me who started the fiasco first? I got irritated I provoked you so you said those things." His sincere words stuck arushi somewhere in the heart.
Even though she considers him an asshole he sometimes can be very good. And that was now. "Now that we have cleared it, what were you saying about the only thing about us that makes you drool is this mansion huh." He said. His voice had a teasing tone to it. Arushi nodded nonchalantly looking at the mansion. "Yes...the mansion is droolworthy."
"Then sorry to burst your bubble darling but I have something which can make you drool even more and even make you gag too." Arushi flushed red hearing him. She looked the other side and gulped. It was always him who managed to break her character. She composed herself and looked at him with narrowed eyes.
