Isabelle was still asleep as Dr. Geyer wanted to get her some sleep as she healed, she was fine but she was going to have a massive scar on her body from Theo's claws. Stiles went inside Isabelle's room to see him starting to wake up, he went right to her side. Isabelle gave him a tight-lipped smile at the boy before she turned to look at the door wanting to see Scott as he stood outside the window of the room but he never came inside. Scott noticed her looking at him and walked away making her look down.

"How are you doing?" Stiles asked in a soft tone

"I'm more worried about the fact that I nearly killed Liam at the moment," Isabelle spoke as Stiles nodded to her

"He'll get over it but I'm worried about you so, I heard that you got your humanity back which even when you didn't have it, it was still there," Stiles spoke making her hum in response

"While I was away, I learned a lot about my family, Liam and I have to merge our powers together when he turns sixteen because of some rule the French Quarter witches made to protect the city from us," Isabelle stated with a soft and warm tone

"Well, you're back now so we're not going to let anything happen to either of you, especially since you have me," Stiles spoke as she shook her head

"Stiles, we can't go back to how we were before I left," Isabelle stated making him scoff

"Why not?" Stiles questioned in a pleading tone

"Because I've changed, we changed," Isabelle stated as he nodded and walked out

Isabelle took a nap for a little before they had to talk about what Theo had done making Isabelle sigh and sit up. Melissa, Scott, Parrish, and Stiles stood in her hospital room talking about Lydia since Parrish found her in the woods

"It could be a side effect of shock" Parrish suggested before Melissa sighed

"She's catatonic," Melissa corrected making Parrish tilt his head

"It was Theo digging his way through her mind," Stiles remarked making Isabelle groan as she sat up

"Why would he do that? What is he looking for?" Isabelle asked the group

"The same thing he's always looking for an advantage" Scott responded making her nod her head as she followed along

"So what did he gain by trying to kill Stilinski?" Melissa asked crossing her arms

"It left us alone with Liam, who I tried to kill because I let anger get the best of me," Isabelle stated as she looked down

"Theo wanted to make sure no one would be there to stop him from killing us," Scott added looking at the group

"Okay, so he gutted my dad as a distraction" Stiles guessed making Isabelle nod

"We need to find this kid," Parrish spoke to the doctor
