calling again
a promise of release
for some time, at least

scam artist
not to be trusted
but how gullible i am
like some little lamb

soon found myself imprisoned
by a shining silver figure
with such an inviting guise
for these tired eyes

coming back for more
and more and more and more
needing liquid verification
validation of my situation

count the days
how many can i last?
until i give in again
to these urges in my brain
