One Wednesday, another girl's body had been found by a man walking his dog at five am. The body was found dumped near the trash can. This piece of news had spread very quickly and it rose a lot of amongst the public as it had been a long time and everyone thought this killing spree was over. The body was found in a white blood stained cover. The victim was revealed to be Pooja Agarwal, a twenty five year old woman. Her parents claimed that she had not returned home after work and her phone was unreachable. When asked if they suspected anyone, her father said, "I know it is that bloody Fazi, he has been behind my daughter for so long. Just wait until I get my hands on him." his wife added, "He is right he kept  calling my Pooja,  it didn't matter to him whether it was ten pm or twelve am."

Fazi, a man in his late twenties, was summoned to the local station. He was shocked when he heard the news about Pooja's death. When asked where he was that day he said he was alone at home and had no alibi. He kept repeating the same thing. "You guys suspect m.. me" he sobbed. "I would never..." " We have heard you used to call the victim frequently against her interest." Ramesh, Abhay Shekhawath's deputy continued interrogating Fazi. "I am telling you I know nothing of this. You are trying to pin this on me, I shall not have it." he stated. Then there was information from the medical department that the samples have been checked and it was medically proved that Fazi had had sexual contact with the victim. "This man will not answer anything if asked this way." Ramesh told the constables around." The questioning continued.

The CBI continued to investigate where Pooja was lastly seen. They also did a background check on Fazi. Monica's and Rithika's parents were asked if they had ever seen that man and if he had ever tried contacting their daughters. They said they had no idea. It was then checked on whether Fazi had any alibis during the murder Then one of Fazi's friends said he had gone to a trip with Fazi to Pondicherry. This was the during the week in which Rithika was murdered. He also showed proof of their residence vouchers. "This means Fazi could not have had anything to do with that murder." Shivansh stated. "It has been medically proved that Fazi was behind this." Akhila stated. "The alibi seems solid though." Soon Payal, Pooja's older sister who had recently arrived from Florida said she had important information.

"Fazi is innocent he has been in a relationship with Pooja for 2 years. Our parents would not hear of inter faith marriages. She could not even bolt up the courage to tell them. They believed that they should marry only with parents' consent." she said. Hearing this information Ramesh ordered for the release of Fazi. Much to the disappointment of Pooja's parents who still believed that he was the reason behind this. Shivansh asked Ramesh where Shekhawath was. "He will be around here he had to go out yesterday." "He seems to be out most of the time." he replied.

Later, Akhila told Shivansh, "I cannot help suspecting Shekhawath he disappears almost all the time, especially when anything related to the crime happens. Do you remember how hard he tried to prove that the cases were not connected at the start so that he can have the case to himself." "Well, it all seems right people disappearing suddenly and reappearing is certainly odd. First he was too busy with the jewelry case and then with his pregnant wife and now he is looking for another excuse." he replied. "Maybe all this is a cover up for something else he has to hide." she added "we should observe him more closely."

Once they saw Shekhawath throw a blood stained knife around his shed and went inside as if he was in a hurry to hide something. "Look how he is hiding things." she exclaimed. They saw threat he had kept the doorways open. Without thinking twice they went inside the shed. Shekhawath was shocked, "what are you doing here?" he asked. "We could ask you the same thing, why do you disappear from work almost all the time, and why do you seem occupied most of the time." Shivansh asked. "I have my reasons." he replied stuttering. "Do you have a reason for hiding a blood stained knife in your shed." Akhila asked. "Yes, I do have very good reasons. I can't let my wife see this. She is observing a fast, I cooked meat in the house without her knowledge. She had gone to her parents place this weekend but suddenly she decided to return now. I am trying to hide this." he explained. "I am busy most of the time, because my wife had a complicated delivery, my son had respiratory problems, that is why my wife is observing this fast."

"Well, we just got confused we heard people say you missed your son's birth but you didn't come to work that day." Akhila asked. "That day I had to go to Grover street, somebody said that there has been unclaimed jewelry there. I was caught up with the missing jewelry case. They promised to cover all the medical bills if the jewelry was found. Now there is no point I guess." he replied. They felt bad now, and wished they had not rushed to conclusions. Midst the confrontation Shekhawath wife arrived. "Abhay what is going on, what are these people doing here." she asked. "It is nothing really? Paru I will come in a minute, you take the baby inside and let him sleep." he said putting his arm around his wife. "Abhay I am scared." she muttered as he led her inside.

Akhila and Shivansh went back, hoping Shekhawath will not spread that they had unjustly accused him. "Well what Shekhawath says seems believable. Even though he seems really irresponsible, and his wife a woman who whines for everything. Surely the type that cannot understand anything." "We shouldn't have handled the matter this way right? It will lead to a lot of trouble if Shinde sir gets to know about it." Akhila said. "What to do, you should have thought things more thoroughly, before becoming so sure about it." he said sharply. "It is not my fault entirely." she said offended. "I am not blaming you, I am just warning you. Such situations need to be carefully analyzed before we act." he said.

"Well what you said just seemed like tossing the blame, you deserve to end up with a woman like that Paru, who whines or cries for everything and gets scared of burglars, ghosts and even spiders." she said. "Well, I was only trying to protect you. But you get mad at me. You will understand only if you end up with a man who takes things as lightly Thambe does. A man who doesn't care what happens to you. Doesn't care what happened to the world as long as his stomach is full and he gets ice cream with lunch." he retorted. Akhila laughed at the last part, "I have no idea where you got these crazy descriptions from, but lets not get too worked up over this."
