Ed, Edd and Eddy - The Halloween Special

(This is based on the halloween special 'boo haw haw!' which i hate the ending too as if you don't know, eddy and double d get attacked by the kids due to ed's episodes so i'm going to change it a bit, this also contains edd/eddy as i think it's a cute ship, anyway, enjoy)

today was halloween and outside of the school, double d was waiting outside the school for eddy as he got distension again, he was reading one of his book and this book was on physics, suddenly the door opens next to him making him jump and eddy storms out of the school annoyed
"i can't believe i got detention on halloween!" eddy says annoyed while walking though a hole in the metal fence
"well, you would as you and ed did stuffed a lot of bugs in the teacher's desk" double d replies as he was trying to catch up with eddy"but you've done it now and now we can go see ed" he adds as he catches up with eddy
"oh yeah, i have to show him something, come on! lets go see him!" eddy says happily as he realises and he holds double d's hand
he runs off pulling double d behind him and double d was struggling to walk with eddy dragging him, soon the pair get to ed's house and after double d recovers from being dragged, he opens ed's window to look in and eddy jumps in
"hey ed! i have something to show you!" eddy says excited as he pulls out a folded up paper
double d look around and sees a few things but it was slightly dark with only ed's tv flashing now and again
"ed, look, i have here a map that i found in my brother's room, do you wanna see it?" eddy says happily as he shakes the folded paper in ed's face
ed doesn't give a response and eddy changed his mood to annoyed while double d looks around for ed's light switch
"ed? are yu home?...ED!" eddy says annoyed then shouts but he didn't get a response from ed
double d soon finds the light switch and he turns it on smiling when he sees the room light up from being so dark before
"oh my!" double d says as he turns around to see all the vhs tapes lying around "ed must of watched all these horror films all day and now he become hyper fixated by the tv" he adds as he goes over to ed and waves his hand in ed's face
"is there some way to get him to come back to us? i need to show him this" eddy says looking at double d confused yet annoyed as he points to the folded up paper
double d nods and he goes over to the plug of the tv, he unplugs the plug which makes the tv turn off and ed's eyes suddenly go funny, ed shakes his head woth his eyes closed and when he opens the, he looks at double d and eddy with his dumb smile on his face
"eddy! double d! it's halloween!" ed says happily as he reaches his hands into the air
"we know, ed" double d says looking unamused with eddy next to him also looking amused
"ed, look, i found this map in my brother's room and it says that at the end, there will be a treasure chest full of candy!" eddy says happily as he shows ed the map after he opens it
"CANDY!" ed says happily as he jumps up from his chair "i love candy, eddy!" he adds as he hugs eddy happily
"yeah, yeah, i know, get off" eddy says unamused and he pushes ed off him making him fall to the floor with a thud
"can i see that, please?" double d says as he points to the map and eddy holds it out to him "thank you" he says happily as he takes the map off eddy
double d look at the map while eddy watches him and ed gets up from the floor still having that dumb smile, double d look at the map confused as he rotates it about then keeps it straight
"this looks like a map you'll see from a baby's tv show, are you sure you trust this?" double says as he glances over at eddy unsure about the map
"of course i trust it, it was my brother's and i know my brother knows the best places to hide stuff, isn't that right, ed?" eddy explains and he looks over at ed hoping he would back him up
"i hope there isn't any vampires tonight, i heard they like butter toast" ed says randomly and out of nowhere
double d and eddy look at him super confused for a few seconds then eddy goes over to double d with a open teeth smile on his face
"come on, double d, when we find the candy, we can eat it all up and none of the other kids will know" eddy says as he puts his arm around double d's thin body
"...oh, all right but don't come yelling at me when it goes wrong" double d says giving in and eddy smiles happily
"yay! treasure hunt!" ed says happily and he grabs the pair in for a hug
the pair was being squeezed by ed and it was almost bone crushing, a few hours later when it was dark, the trio exited ed's room though the window and eddy was a zombie elvis presley, ed was a viking and double d is a plague germ
"we ready to go?" eddy asks excited to go
"sure am!" double d says happily as he holds the map and ed just does a very aggressive head shake
"ok, let's go!" eddy says happily and he starts running off
doubled and ed follow him but then ed stops as he could hear laughing, up the road and double d ended up being in front while eddy follows behind him
"it says here that we first need to find a crooked stop sigh" double d says as he looks at the map
"like the one at the end of the col de sac?" eddy says and double d nod after thinking about it
"guy! guy!" ed suddenly says as he come from the side of the house the pair walk past
he grabs double d and eddy and he violently throws then behind rolf's shed behind his house
"there were witches in the alleyway!" ed says freaked out and both double d and eddy look at each other annoyed by ed's antics
"wow, why don't you destroy them or something as you are a viking and all" eddy says sarcastically looking unamused
ed didn't hear the sarcasm though and he actually thought eddy meant he could attack them as he gains a serious face
"ok, eddy!" ed says seriously with a salute and he then runs off holding the spatula he stole from eddy up high as he ran off
"...ok, anyway, let's go to this crooked sigh" eddy says to double d who nods next to him
the pair walk out of rolf's garden and they end up finding the crooked sigh at the end of the col de sac with the woods right across the street
"it says here we need to find the abandoned hearse next" double d says as he points to the drawing of the hearse on the map
"let's go!" eddy says happily getting excited and he grabs double d's hand
eddy runs into the woods happily as he holds double d's hand and double d is trying so hard to hold onto the map while eddy was dragging him along, the pair soon find the hearse and then they head down from the hearse to the big oak tree which they also find
"next is the wooden bridge and then we'll find te treasure" double d says happily showing eddy the map
"yay!...hey, where did ed go?" eddy says happily then he looks around confused noticing ed was not with them
"he's probaby still at the col de sac, we can bring him candy back when we return" double d says as he points to where they came from and eddy nods
"yeah, ok, let's go" eddy says looking not bothered and he with double d keep going looking for the bridge
meanwhile back at the col de sac and ed has brutally attacked all the kids in the col de sac, jimmy and sarah were attack and jimmy's candy was taken, rolf was attacked, kevin was attacked, jazz was attacked, johnny was attacked and even the kanker sister were attacked, they were now going up to ed to attack him and ed was running for his life to a hole in th ground
"ED! GET OVER HERE AND GIVE JIMMY HIS CANDY BACK!" sarah shouts as she runs after ed
"yeah give me my candy back!" jimmy says trying to catch up with sarah
the others were after him too and he ends up going into a hole in the ground he dug eariler and put a plank ontop of it, he smiles dumbly when he sees that he had lost them and goes to sit down on a couch he put down there after hanging up his spatula, suddenly the plank lifts up and all the kids in the col de sac except for eddy and double d climb down and attack ed who just yell until the kids stop fighting him, the kids then leave with candy in their hands that ed stole from them and walk away from the hole
"wait, where are the other 2 ed-boys?" rolf asks kevin as the pair walk away from the hole
"i don't know and i don't care, let's go and eat our candy till we have to go to bed" kevin replies with a shrug and walks away
rolf watches kevin leave then shrug to go join him at his house, back with eddy and double d and the pair have gone over the bridge and are now near where the treasure, double d walks ahead with eddy behind him who was starting to get excited as they were near the treasure and the  double d stops and eddy bumps into him
"it's here!" double d says happily as he points down to the ground underneath him
"yay!" eddy says happily and excited as he grabs a shovel he sees in front of them
he goes back to where doubled was standing and he starts digging when double d moves out of the way, eddy was digging fastly as he was excited to get to the treasure when the shovel hits something, double d hears the thunk noise of the shovel and looks down at the hole to see what eddy found, eddy then throws the treasure chest up and he jumps out the hole like he had springs on his shoes
"this is it! the treasure containing my brother's candy storage!" eddy says happily and he then drops his face when he sees a big lock on the chest
"allow me, eddy" double d says stepping to the chest with eddy stepping aside
double d pulls out a lock picking set from his pocket and he starts picking the lock, it took a mintue but double d makes the lock brake and pulls the lock off the chest, he then gets up and steps out of the way as eddy gets excited to open the chest
"this is it, this is the moment we've been waiting for!" eddy says happily looking excited and he then opens the chest
both double d's and eddy's eyes get wide as they see the content insode the chest, in there were so many types of candy from hard candy, soft candy, gummies, lollipops, chewing gum, caramel candy, chocolate, sour candy and many others, eddy and double d smile and then the pair tuck into the candy after eddy tries it first and saying it was alright, the pair end up eating half of the chest of candy due to then being full and to save some candy for ed, the pair were now relaxing with their stomachs full of candy, eddy was lying on his back looking up at the starry sky and double d was next to him also looking up at the sky but he was getting sleepy
"i think that was the best candy i've ever had in a long time" eddy says happily and he hears double d hum next to him
"at least we also ate it before ed did, he would of eaten all of it and left us with nothing" double d says and eddy nods to agree with him
the pair lied there for a while till eddy feels something on his chest, he looks down and he sees double d was on his chest and he was asleep, he sighs with his nose and then smirks before he closes his eyes to sleep, he fell asleep quickly and the pair slept all night, ed also slept all night too in the hole but he was more unconsious then asleep, it was the next morning when eddy and double d woke and they were a little confused at first till they remember what happened last night
"maybe we should head back, i'm worried about ed" double d says as he sits up to get of eddy
"you would be" eddy says tiredly with a little smirk as he gets up and goes over to the chest
he pulls out a pillow bag he had in his costume trousers and he stuffs all the remaining candy inside the pillow case, when he was done, he with double d go back to they way they came and by the time they get back,they get shocked and confused when they see the two win in a destroyed and messy state
"what happened here?" double d asks as he looks looks around horrified
"that ed boy is what happened" a voice says to their right and the pie look over to see it was rolfin his front garden tidying up
"what did ed do?" eddy asks rolf with confusion in his face and glances over at double d who was also confused
"he went around to all of us, claimed we were monsters and attacked us! that's what happened" rol explains simply as he was still tidying up
"oh my! i knew we should've of left him alone" double d says with loads of worry in his face
"where is he now?" eddy asks as he looks around to see if he can see ed
"we left him in a hole in his backyard" rolf says as he points to ed's house
"thanks rolf, let's go!" double d says politely and he starts running to ed's house
eddy follows him and when they get to ed's backyard, they see a deep hole in the back and a plank to the side of the hole, the pair look down the hole and at the bottom was a beat up and nconsious ed which made double d look heartbroken
"ed! are you okay down there!" double d shouts hoping that ed would respond
"...i'm am fine!" ed says finally after a few second as he lifts up his head an gives a thumbs up
"hey ed! come up, we brought some candy for you!" eddy shouts down the hole and holds up the pillow case of candy
"CANDY!" ed says suddenly as he jumps out of the hole now being completely fine and he puts the pillow case in his mouth
"ed! let go of my pillow case!" eddy says annoyed as he tried to pull his pillow case out of ed's mouth
"whoops, sorry!" ed says after he releases the pillow case from his mouth
eddy's pillow case was now half soaked in ed's mucus and this made eddy make a disgusted face as well as double d, eddy then pinches the other end of the pillow and he pours most of the candy into ed's mouth which he happily makes his mouth wide for, he left some candy at the bottom of the pillow case and ed was now acting all the candy he had in his mouth happily, after making really loud chomping noises, ed swallows the candy and he was smiling dumbly after eating a lot of candy
"thank you mom, thank you dad, i got to sleep now" ed says happily with his dumb smile then he falls instantly to sleep
"...sometimes, i don't know if he's joking or being serious" double d says as he looks at eddy with a confused look
eddy shrugs confused as well and he sits in front of the asleep ed who was doing his comedic snore, he takes out a candy from his pillow case and he holds it out to double d who smiles at eddy
"thank you, eddy" double d says happily as he takes the candy from eddy
double d sits by eddy after taking the candy from eddy and eats his candy while eddy eats his candy that he took out of the pillow case when double d was sitting next to him, the pair eat their candy happily and eddy leans his head onto double d's arm as he ate, double d smiles and he put his head on eddy's head enjoying the comfort.
