Jacob POV~
I've been hanging out with Trish all day today and it was fun.Time must of went by fast because when I looked at the clock it was almost time for the dance contest."Sorry babe but I need to get ready for Nessa's contest" I said. "Oh they cancelled that dance contest." she said. If they cancelled the contest why didn't Nessa tell me. "Oh ok well we can catch that movie now." I said grabbing her hand. I texted everyone and told them that the contest was cancelled so they would know. Of course she wouldn't tell me, it's because I'm still hanging out with Trish. Well she is going to have to get over it,I really like Trish and she likes me.
Ana POV~
The contest was about to start any minute now and Jacob still wasn't here. "What if he doesn't show up?" Nessa asked me. "Come on its Jacob, he will show up." I said. I looked down at my phone and got a text from Jacob saying that the contest was cancelled. What the hell is he talking about, if he doesn't show up Nessa will be crushed. As time went by Eli, Keke, Roc, Craig, Ray, and Trevor showed up but no sign of Jacob or Jaden. Even Joy showed up for her performance. They called her name next to go on stage and she was nervous. "Don't worry you'll do great." Roc said. Her music came on the. she came on stage and started dancing. All that practice she did really paid off because she was great. When she finished dancing,all of us were the loudest ones cheering. We ran backstage and gave her a big hug. "You did great." Joy said. "Thanks." Nessa said giving her a hug. We went back to our seats and waited for them to announce the winner. "Now it is time to announce the first place winner." the announcer said. I tried calling and texting Jacob but there was no reply."The winner of $500,000 and a chance to star in a video is.....Michelle Nelson!" she said. You've got to be kidding me, Nessa should of won not that Michelle chick."But the runner-up for first place that wins $125,000 is Vanessa Perez." she said. When she got on stage to accept her money, there was barely a smile on her face. I told everyone to wait here while I went backstage to get her. "Come on, lets take you home Nessa."I said grabbing her bag.
Roc POV~
Once we got back to the house that's when Nessa started crying. I pulled her down on my lap as she cried on my shoulder. Ana put on some of her favorite movies to cheer her up. After an hour later Jacob,Trish,and Jaden came back to the house. "Dude get off my girlfriend." Jaden said reaching for her. "Don't touch me Jaden." Nessa said.Everybody stayed quiet because they really didn't want to talk to anyone. "Where were you Jacob?" Joy asked. "I was hanging out with Trish and Jaden since the dance competition was cancelled." he said.Nessa stood up immediately after he said that. "Who told you it was cancelled?" she asked. As he pointed at Trish, I saw Nessa getting mad. She went over to Trish and punched her in the face. "WHY WOULD YOU BELIEVE HER, I TOLD YOU NOT TO BE WITH HER!!"she yelled out.Jacob helped Trish up and stood close to her."And you're still helping her but it doesn't matter because I didn't win the contest anyway." she said going upstairs.
Vanessa POV~
I put on my pjs and laid down on my bed. I put on some music so I could calm myself."Nessa...it's me Roc"he said."Look you don't have to be all nice to me,just go back to your girlfriend." I said. But I guess he just ignored my comment and came in my room anyway.As he sat down on floor, I laid down. A few minutes later he pulled my waist,making us closer together. "What are you doing?" I asked."Well I don't see Jaden up her trying to make you feel better so I'm here."he said.He was right, I mean I've been going out with Jaden for about two weeks now.It's nothing special, he barely takes me out to places.He turned on the tv and I layed my head on his chest then fell asleep.
~Next Day~
Jaden POV~
I got up and went straight to Nessa's house since I really didn't talk to her last night.Jacob let me in then I ran right upstairs to her room.When I opened the door I see Roc holding her waist and Nessa asleep on his chest. I thought I told him to stay away from her,he had his chance already."Dude get off her."I said pulling Nessa up."Didn't you just see that she was sleeping!?!?"he said grabbing her wrist.We were yelling for about an hour or two."GUYS STOP YOU'RE GIVING ME A HEADACHE!, Jaden please leave I'll see you at school tomorrow."she said. She has got to be kidding, instead having spending time with her boyfriend she would rather spend time with another guy. "Fine, don't try anything with her." I said then left.
Roc POV~
This dude thinks he can actually hurt me."Come on get dressed, I'm going to take you somewhere." I said pushing her into the bathroom. Why can't I just tell her that I secretly have feelings for her. I know that she has a boyfriend and that I have girlfriend but it's just not right. When she came out the bathroom, I just couldn't take it anymore. I grabbed her waist,pushed her against the wall then started kissing her.To my surprise she kissed me back and wrapped her arms around my neck.I slid my tounge across her bottom lip and she gave me entrance.We had a tounge war for a couple of minutes to I realized what I was actually doing so I broke the kiss."Im so sorry about that." I said letting go of her.She'll probably won't talk to me for a whole since that just happened."It's ok we just can't tell anyone." she said.I nodded and we left to go see a movie.
Kiara POV~
I was hanging out with Trevor at the mall then we ran into Jaden."What's wrong with you?' I asked.He just ignored me and started eating out food until Trevor snatched it back."Are you going to answer her question?"Trevor asked."Nessa would rather spend time with Roc instead of me,IM HER BOYFRIEND!"he said.What is wrong with Roc, I thought he was going out with Joy."Just talk to her at school tomorrow and Trevor can you drop me off at Nessa's?"I asked."Yeah let's go."he said grabbing my hand.I just don't know what to say about my brother anymore."See you tomorrow." I said kissing his cheek.Once Roc opened the door, I grabbed his shirt and pulled him outside."Aren't you going out with Joy?"I asked. "I am but she always hanging out with Harry. Plus I don't see anyone else here trying to make Nessa feel better.'he said. He's right but there is something else that he's not telling me."Do you like Nessa?"I asked. "Well I mean I'm starting to have feelings for her like I used to."he said.There it is, he always has to make everything complicated. "Look Nessa is not just your back-up plan ok."I said. He nodded then started to walk back inside but I pushed him out the way."What are you doing?" he asked."It's my turn to spend some time with Nessa so bye." I said and close the door behind me.
