Avoidance (Kazuha x Nb reader)

2. VENTI?

I was almost finished making the pancakes when a rapid knocking came from the door and a certain voice screaming, "KAZUZU OPEN THE DAMN DOOR." i slowly came to the door reconising that voice from somewhere, then opened it right as kazuha entered the room.

"VENTI HIIIII, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!" i say energeticly due to seeing my new friend

"Y/NNNNN!" venti yells as he runs at me to hug me. then  he started breathing heavily. "Ahh, AH ACHOOOOOO" venti sneezed demonicly

kazuha chuckled then threw venti some medicine, which he greatly accepted. after he swallowed a pill, he reached down and hesitently patted arlo apologising for scaring him with the sneeze.

"venti, you never answered me." i say

"ehe! sorry, my sister brought a kitten that won't stop sheading, and she couldn't find anyone else to take it, so imma have to live here for a day or two!" What? He's going to live here- with me and kazuha-  shit does he know im avoiding kazuha?.

my thoughts were cut off as a mew from arlo came from the kitchen followed by a burning smell

"FUCK THE PANCAKES" i yelp running into the kitchen leaving kazuha chuckling and venti shocked

"sorry the pancakes are kinda burnt so i hope you enjoy the waffles" i say

"dont worry y/n im more of a waffle guy anyways." kazuha comforted me meanwhile venti was sadly looking at the waffle infront of him slowly eating it "sorry i distracted you making you burn the pancakessss" venti said sadly. seeing as he was slowly eating the waffle and looking sad you figured he was a pancake kinda guy.

"its ok ven" i try to comfort despite me sucking at comforting anyone. "Ven?" both venti and kazuha ask at the same time. "Yeah? i mean, it's a quick and easy nickname for venti?" kazuha chuckles again. Meanwhile, venti looks at me with loving eyes."uhmm, venti??"

"Sorry, but I've never had a nickname other than Barbie toes or something like that," venti says. "ok starbucks, man." i laugh, giving him another nickname. kazuha is drinking his orange juice and acidently laughs, spraying it on venti as venti looks offended by the two of us

"OH THATS IT Y/N STARBUCKS MAN?? UH YOUR NOW- Uhm.. WEIRD CAT PERSON."

"Oooooooh, luck to me, that's not offensive.I love cats," i retort.

"If only i wasn't allergic," venti scoffs

I notice kazu keeps staring at me with this look in his eyes. Do i have something on my face?

"Exuse me, I'll be right back," i say nervously, heading toward the bathroom.

Meanwhile walking to the bathrooms my face flushes red. I need to get over this stupid crush on kazu. Its not like he would like me even if i, no that bitch yunjin didnt tell everyone everything.

("Shit i was staring, did i freak them out? Maybe i was being creepy and thats why y/n is avoiding me. Its so hard when their eyes are so (Brown eyed people:deeply sweet like chocolate while their lips look like the softest mashmellows.) (Blue/grey eyes: refreshing like a cup of the purest water and their skin as beautiful  as the most epensive painting.) (Green/hazel: as nourishing as sunlight to a plant with hair as memorizing as a sunset on christmas eve.) Am i seriously  so down bad for someone  who seems to see me as a creep? After all i-") My rushing thoughts were cut off with venti saying something rather surprising.

this is yalls late christmas present aswell as a cliffhanger  (not really next chapter will be posted at 9pm (currently 5)
