𝟎𝟎𝟕- "𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬?" {𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞}

Mia lay in bed. She woke up thinking over Rafael. She knew that she shouldn't be thinking over him. But stuff had happened between them. They had made out more than once and she knew how they had work thing going on

She looked to a text off of him and smirked

Rafael: 'Lunch. On me?'

Mia: 'And what's the occasion'

Rafael; 'I thought I owed you it. Unless you want to sleep with me first, I'm fine either way'

Mia looked to the message and laughed. She knew that she and Rafael were getting close. She felt as if she was getting to know him more that an Ada. She knew how she had opened up to him over her issues since the crash that she was in as a teenager and he was there and he listened and he didn't judge her and she was glad.

Mia sighed as she looked to her phone to see a message off of Olivia. Saying that she was at the door. Mia stood up and walked to the door and answered it as she saw her mom

"Hey. I have to go and see a possible victim I wanted to know if you would come with me" Olivia asked

"Em sure" Mia said as Olivia looked to her and smiled

"And I wanted to apology for court and what happened. What I told Cassidy I should never of told him over you. Your my daughter and I love you, your the best thing I have done in life and I don't want to see your last used against you" Olivia said as mia looked to her and smiled

"I was mad at you but you didnt do it in purpose I know that you didn't. Just try and not talk over my past anymore okay" Mia said as Olivia smiled

"Give me five minutes to get dressed and I'll come with you" Mia said as Olivia smiled. She frowned as she saw the two glasses that side in the side

"Two glasses? Did you have company " Olivia called as mia frowned

"We yeah"

"Who he is. Don't think I have noticed the smile on your face" Olivia said as mia walked out of her bedroom as she tugged her blouse into her skirt

"He's no one you need to know about just yet" Mia said as Olivia nodded. Mia knew they the last thing that she needed was her mom to know over her and Rafael

Mia got to a cafe with Olivia "so who are we meeting here" Mia asked

"Over here" Olivia said as they saw a woman sitting there

"Avery Jordan?"

"Hi."

"I'm Detective Olivia Benson. This is Mia benson" Olivia said as forget sat down

"Hi.A colleague gave me your number.Um, thanks for meeting me here.I didn't want to get photographed walking into the precinct."

"I certainly understand.So you said on the phone that something happened to you." Olivia said

"Yeah, but I'm not sure that I want to-- or even if you think it's worth--"

"Pressing charges?" Mia asked as she nodded

"Okay, one step at a time.So why don't you start by telling me why you called" Olivia said
