SIXTEEN

"Dad!" I ran up to my father hugging him tight. It's been months since I've seen him and I felt so happy to be in his arms again. He pulled away looking down at me with a smile kissing my forehead as he brushed my hair back.

"I missed you" "I missed you two Izuku, are you all set?" "Mhm, God I'm so nervous" "don't be, you'll do good Izuku. I know you will" I nodded and looked back at Touya who was on the phone with his father. I wanted to say my goodbye to him, but by the look in his face I could tell he was not in the mood.

My father talked to me while driving me to school, I had tons of emotions going on at once. I was so excited! But also nervous, I didn't know who I'll see or if I'd even know anyone at UA.

"We're here" I smiled hugging my dad one last time "bye!" I said waving before walking away. I entered the gates going inside the building unfolding the piece of paper to find my first class of the day.  I looked up at the room number then down at my paper, this is it.

I pushed the door open stepping in making my way to find a seat. I placed my things down getting comfortable until I heard my name get called, I looked to my side in surprise to see Shoto "I didn't know you were attending UA, mind if I sit here?" He asked.

"N-no! Not at all" he nodded putting his bag down as he sat by my side. He was quiet, getting his things organized as everyone else stepped in the class taking their seats. Shoto looked over at me awkwardly as I stared back confused "do you...do you have a pencil I can use..?" "Oh, yeah give me a second"

I searched through my bag until I found a pencil, it was a red one with with a small keychain that had the comic hero All Might on it. I smiled handing it over to him "thank you"
"No problem"

School finally ended, it was pretty good I really enjoyed going back. Having Shoto around was helpful  too, he made the day pass by fast. I walked out of the school gate and started walking until I was stopped "what? Did you think I'd let you go home alone?" Touya said with a smirk as he took my hand in his.

"Come on, I parked the car in a place I shouldn't, I don't want to get a ticket" "then I maybe you shouldn't have parked there?" "Hey come on, I was in a rush you should be glad I even decided to get you" I rolled my eyes as he chuckled.

"You know for once you look cute, that school uniform served you justice" "shut up" I said getting away from him. "Oh come on, don't get mad it was only a joke" "a cruel joke" "what? You actually take them to heart? What a pussy" I glared at him picking up my pace as I walked faster away from him ignoring the sound of his laugh.

That was until I was immediately pulled in, his hand was wrapped around my waist pulling me be his side holding me tight. "What are you doing-" "stick by my side, I have a bad feeling" he said coldly making me grow goosebumps. "Okay..." we stayed silent continuing to walk until we heard gunshots fire. Immediately he turned around pulling out his own gun shooting at the people who drove by as they shot their bullets out.

I gasped feeling myself get easily scooped up by Touya who threw me over his shoulders carrying me while he ran shooting at the people as he groaned
