Shadow Bonnie is the purple man's soul.
If you think about it, shadow Bonnie looks like spring trap and the purple man formed together.
When the purple man kills the kids he starts to see the past and seese what he'd done.
That's why you see him in your office in FNAF 2.
And in FNAF 3 you play as him in one of the mini games.
