Chapter 4

*later that night*
Tito is sitting on the roof. His cheeks stained with marks from the tears. He is playing his guitar softly while still letting tears out. He starts to sing.
⬇️ Only when NF sings ⬇️

Little does Tito know someone was watching him. They heard every word that Tito spoke.

They slowly approach as Tito continues to sing. Once he stops he hears footsteps behind him. He looks over his shoulder and sees Jade

Jade: hey

Tito: hey

His voice breaks as he speaks. She walks over to him and sits next to him on his left. She looks at him.

Jade: how you holding up?

Tito: barely, i wish i had just stayed in Ireland where i was happy. ever since i got here there has been something happening. first nobody recognised me but that one was understandable. then the next day i found out Tori acted like i never existed, we have a small fight in Skiowitz's class, today i'm yelled at by Mum for not hugging Tori, then Dad yells at me.

Jade: i know what that's like, my dad does that to me. my brother Damain is a lot like Tori, the favourite and defended one. but good things have happened since you've been here

Tito: like what?

Jade: at the Full Moon Jam you sang an amazing song you wrote and made the backing track for, you made a song down stairs and let me & Cat sing on it, you just sang that song. while it wasn't for a good reason, it was still good.

Tito: why are you being nice to me Jade, i've heard you aren't nice to anyone other than Beck.

Jade: because i see similarities in us. both had dad problems, a spoiled favourite sibling, both enjoy music, both gay to an extent

Tito: lesbo or bi?

Jade: bi, you?

Tito: bi aswell. dating anyone?

Jade: no, not anymore. you?

Tito: nah, haven't found the perfect one yet. well i have but i don't know her enough to ask her out

Jade: who?

Tito: that's for me to know. what about you, got your eyes on anyone?

Jade: yeah, but i'm in the same position as you. i don't know enough about him

Tito: thought you was dating Beck?

Jade: i was, but we decided we should split a few months back.

Tito nods. He sees the soft side of Jade, the opposite to what other people see. He smiles, he doesn't realise but Jade sees him staring.

Jade: you're stairing

Tito: shit, sorry.

A red tint comes over his face. Jade sees this. She thinks for a moment.

Jade: be honest with me here, who is this girl you like?

Tito: i can't say

Jade: is it because i know them?

Tito: well, you could say that

Jade: is it me?

He looks down not saying anything.

Jade: it is, isn't it?

Tito: yeah, i never told you earlier because you are Tori's friend

Jade: i'm not Tori's friend, i just put up with her because of the rest of them.

He chuckles. They lock eyes.

Tito: and this guy, what's he like?

Jade: well, he is good looking. he's kind to all, well his twin and him don't get along. He's great with music, has a good voice. and he's a latino. if he's anything like his twin and parents, he might speak spanish

Tito: Hablo español hermosa (i do speak spanish beautiful)

Jade: well, i guess we both like each other

Tito: guess we do

The pair don't realise but they are inches away from each other.

Tito: can i?

Jade: yeah

The pair kiss. Jade grabed part of Tito's shirt pulling him closer, Tito however holds Jades waist with his right hand.

After a minute or 2 they slowly pull apart. They smile at each other. Tito looks into her eyes.

Tito: where do we go from here?

Jade kisses him again.

Jade: if you want to, we could try dating?

Tito: if that means that i can kiss you again then i'd love to

Jade: now we're together, officially

Tito kisses her again which Jade happily returns. They sit there for a few minutes just making out.

Once they pull apart Jade rests her head on Tito's shoulder.

Tito: i only have one question

Jade: what's that?

Tito: are we going to tell everyone else, or just keep it to ourselves?

Jade: keep it to ourselves for now

Tito: probably a good idea.

Thr pair stay there for a while. The couple get up and come off the roof. Tito and Jade sneak down to Tito's living area.

They go into Tito's bedroom and remove their clothes. Tito keeps his boxers on, Jade only keeps on her bra and panties.

Tito: do you want to borrow a shirt?

Jade: sure.

He pulls out a Guns 'N' Roses shirt. He hands it to her, she puts it on before climbing into the bed. Tito climbs in and hug Jade from behind cuddling. The pair fall asleep.
