A few weeks of Jeongin doing this method, but he saw no difference.

"You know, why don't I skip breakfast and lunch and instead go to the gym to loose weight faster?" Jeongin said to himself as he went to his room to change his clothes into his gym clothes.

Once Jeongin got to the gym and began running on the treadmill, he began to feel a slight pain in his stomach, but managed to ignore it.

Persevere Jeongin, it'll get easier with time. A voice rang threw his head, a bit confused on who it was, so he just decided to ignore it for the time being.
