"hana, how are you feeling now?"

hana remained quiet as she breathed into the oxygen mask.

"are you feeling any better?" manager kim asked her while rubbing her back.

"i'm fine," she replied shortly before opening her eyes.

"you don't have to continue the concert if you can't even stand properly," said the medic team.

"i can. i'm fine. i'll get down when i need to take a break," hana told them as she stood up, and her stylist helped her with wearing her skirt.

hana put on the arm gloves that she needed to wear while taking a sip of water.

"hana, i don't think you should get back to stage now. you're really cold. like, so cold, and you're pale," said one of the medical team members.

"i'm fine! don't worry!" hana responded with a much sterner voice before putting on her in ears.

the staff kept quiet after that. the stylist continued their job to help hana with her outfit. a moment later, hana rushed to the stairs and went onstage again.

"i think she'll pass out on stage. we need to call the ambulance right now," said one of the medical team members.

manager kim nodded before getting his walkie-talkie.

"kim here. i need a stretcher. the artist may pass out. we need to get ready to transport her to the nearest hospital," said manager kim through the walkie-talkie.

"emt here. we'll send a stretcher backstage," said the man over the walkie-talkie.

a few moments later, two paramedics rushed over to their place with a stretcher with them. the medical team explained to the paramedics about the symptoms that hana had.

"she was really pale. even with makeup on, her whole face was white. she's lightheaded. she couldn't walk properly when she was leaving the stage. she was also out of breath. i believe she feels dizzy too. and she's sweating cold drops."

just as expected, when manager kim went outside, just right under the stage to watch hana and monitor her, hana stopped singing and slowly stopped dancing.

one of her dancers noticed hana was having trouble breathing and immediately caught her as she fell onto the floor, shocking the entire audience.

manager kim immediately got onto the stage and pick her up.

"pain..." hana whined loudly while holding her head as she was carried away from the stage and down the stairs, onto the ground floor.

"alright, put her here," the emt said to manager kim, tapping the stretcher.

manager kim placed hana on the stretcher, and they buckled her up on it. while pushing the unconscious hana, manager kim informed the staff that there was no way hana was going to continue the concert. they need to end it there.

and so, it was the end of the concert.

🤎🤎🤎

hana was wheeled into the emergency room as soon as she arrived at the hospital. she was immediately given the attention of the doctors and nurses.

"she passed out while she was performing on stage."

"showed signs of passing out from the heat. she was sweating, cold, dizziness. had a fast heart rate, the temperature was over normal," the emt reported to the doctor.

"alright. move her to the bed," the doctor said before they carried hana to a bed.

"miss, do you know where you are right now?" the doctor asked hana. she was half-conscious but she had difficulty hearing and listening.

"her heart rate is really high. temperature too," said the nurse.

"alright, let's get her a normal saline and ice packs to cool her down first. i'll talk to the guardian," said the doctor, putting his stethoscope in his white coat's pocket.

the nurses nodded before quickly doing their job.

manager kim who was waiting outside the treatment room, stood up the moment he saw the doctor walking out of the room.

"how is hana?" manager kim asked.

"we'll monitor her first. we are giving her normal saline to help with her dehydration. and then we'll give her some glucose and also another iv to get her heartbeat back to normal. we're cooling her down with ice packs, too, she's going to be fine. i've seen worse," said the doctor.

manager kim sigh in relief, "thank you, doctor."

"you're welcome."

🤎🤎🤎

after explaining hana's condition to her parents, her parents asked to talk to hana but hana refused to talk to anyone. she just wants to be left alone. so, her parents ended their called after thanking manager kim and saying goodbye.

"a few of your concerts are going to be cancelled. we'll settle it. you just focus on recovering and take a break for now. don't worry about the concerts or the fans," said manager kim.

hana just nodded.

"i'll go out first. just press the button or call me if you need anything," manager kim said as he walked towards the door.

after manager kim exited the room, hana sighed heavily.

as usual, pushing herself to her limit until she couldn't function properly anymore. here she is... admitted into the hospital because of dehydration and a neardeath heat stroke.
