Has anyone ever told you that life can be the shittiest thing ever?
My life has been the shittiest thing ever since I was little. I live with my mom in a two bedroom apartment now as we just moved out of our old house due to landlord issues. We moved on a whole other side of Cincinnati that I've never seen before, which is why I am starting at a new school on Monday. I'm leaving my whole damn life behind right now, my friends, my moms side of my family, my boyfriend. Wack as hell.
After being gone for the whole afternoon, we finally arrived at the apartment complex. I walked inside, going up the stairs to our door and unlocking it.
"Oooh, this is...... something." I said, looking around at the terrible sight in front of me.
"It's not that bad." Mom said.
"It's just not what I was expecting, there weren't any better apartments? I'm too boujee for this."
"Risiah...."
"Okay, okay, I'll stop." I sighed.
I went to my room, it was pretty nice compared to the living room. I know where I'll be for the most part. We cleaned up and got everything situated before relaxing and I got into bed texting my best friends.
