After Cheon Inho left, our group was finally left alone. I breathed out a sigh of relief. Brain work just isn't for me... I prefer fighting. Damn that manipulative bastard, something tells us it won't be the last time we see him.

For around half a day, I wandered around Gumho station with the others, focusing on grasping the situation. Hyunsung-ssi gave some basic information, just like a tour guide at a tourist attraction.

"Currently, there are 86 people in Gumho Station. Ah, I guess it is 88 people now with Dokja-ssi and Byeol."

"It is less than I thought," Dokja-ssi murmured as I nodded along.

"Yes. When the scenario broke out, only those lucky enough to be near the station and those on the train survived. Everyone didn't say it but perhaps in the first scenario..."

Right. I could already tell from the expressions of the people. Those who survived had trampled on someone else's life. All the humans here were murderers. Even the kids... must be hard for them.

"Currently, Gumho Station is divided into two groups. Strictly speaking, it is one group and the rest."

Hyunsung-ssi lowered his voice and looked over his shoulder at the people with a dark expression.

There were men armed with iron pipes or other weapons, and ordinary citizens that sat on the floor looking bleak. It was clear which was the faction in power.

"Believe in me! The group president is working hard and everyone will soon be rescued." Ugh. Stupid Han geezer. Even his voice gets on my nerves.

"Hyung-nim is right, everyone. Don't lose hope. We will be able to rescue everyone."

The one who practically led the group was Cheon Inho. They were the 'mainstream group.' The ones who ruled over the others.

"Mother, I'm bored...can't I play a game on the phone?"

"Hold on for a moment. The rescue team will come soon."

"The government will act. It isn't that easy to collapse a country."

...And the people who were protected by the mainstream group and wanted to get on with their lives were the 'marginalized group.' The weaker bunch.

I suppose they were too weak to be proper killers, both mentally and physically. Even if 100 murderers were gathered together, they would be divided between the weak and the strong. Perhaps, they even went as far as to gaslight themselves into thinking that they weren't murderers. They all believed it was unavoidable. Yes, just blame everything on the system and the dokkaebi.

Lee Hyunsung watched the mainstream group inciting the people and said: "Food distribution is determined by the mainstream group. Convenience stores and restaurants in the region have already been robbed... any food that can be eaten right now is almost gone."

"I see," I muttered as I tightened the straps of my backpack. So that means the food we brought in is extremely valuable. Hey, I wonder if I can sell them? I'm rich already though... Last time I checked, I have around 30,000 coins, thanks to the private scenarios from saving Dokja-ssi.

I silently giggled at the thought, imagining a road-by food stall with bright neon signs flashing: Byeol and Dokja's Food Stall.

Haha, a star and reader's food stall?

(Author's note: Byeol means star in Korean.)

"The food shortage is the reason why some people from the mainstream group were sent above ground for food exploration. Heewon-ssi, who you brought in, went with them."
