Jaemin has been trying to get over and visit with Jeno but work has been killing him. Haechan told him that he has went over a few times and not even to visit with Renjun but to actually see Jeno. Yes he is jealous.

"Hi Haechanie, how are you today?" Jeno asks softly as he walks in.
This being only his second time actually invited in to the house.
"I'm good. I went out with a guy last night and I need to talk about it. Jaemin is working late again." He says with a pout. Jeno frowns.
"He's been doing that a lot lately, he needs time off." Haechan smiles, he can hear his concern even though he tries to hide it.
"So Jaemin keeps telling me that I have to have a rebound before I date someone I actually want to be with. I really like Renjun and i want to be with him, like I want to date him but I'm afraid that he won't want me back. But still I can't put it out of my head to try and actually date someone else you know?" Jeno hums and purses his lips.

"I don't think you have to have a relationship with anyone, just maybe go on some dates, play the field a bit. Then when you know that you absolutely still want to date him? Ask him." His cheeks heat up.
"I don't think I could. Plus I've turned him down twice already, what if I annoy him?" Jeno chuckles.
"Renjun is easily annoyed but he really does like you." Haechan gets shy again.
"Can I use your bathroom?" He asks softly.
"Of course, down the hall first door on the right." He heads down the hall and of course finds the wrong door.

"Jeno?" He questions. Jeno's face heats up in an instant.
"That's not the bathroom, get out of there." Haechan frowns.
"But it's beautiful? Why is everything out here so plain?" Jeno pouts and pulls the door shut.
"You should go, I have to go up town." Jeno lies coldly. He opens the bathroom door for him and walks back to sit on the couch. His face has morphed into one of anger and sadness and Haechan can't figure out which one hurts the most.
When he walks back out he quietly sits by Jeno and takes his hand. He tightens his grip when Jeno jumps and tries to pull away.
"It looks to me like you are hiding, like you need to be you and you are in so much pain because you aren't, because you are this person that you don't even recognize." He squeezes his hand.
"You know that your friends love you, for you. You don't have to hide." Jeno stands and wipes away his angry tears.

"You don't know. You don't fucking know. I can't. I can't. Just, please go?" He asks softly. Haechan nods and walks to the door silently. He only turns when Jeno whispers softly to him.
"Please don't tell him? Please? Just, I can't do this anymore." Jeno turns and sits in a heap on his couch while Haechan tears up.
"I'm so sorry Jen, I didn't mean to invade your privacy. Don't worry, I won't tell." Jeno doesn't respond as he just lets all of his emotions go at once.

Haechan really doesn't know what to do so he sits on his front step and calls Renjun.
"Haechan? Are you finally ready to accept my offer?" He asks playfully but gets nothing but sniffles in return.
"Haechan, what's wrong?" He hears a shuffling.
"Can you please come to Jeno's house? I think i messed up." Renjun frowns, his heart starts beating a mile a minute.
"I'll be there right away. What happened?" Haechan can hear him grab his keys and run out his door.
"I just overstepped, I think? I accidentally went in the wrong room when I was looking for the bathroom." He can hear Renjun sigh.

"He told me not to tell him and that he can't do this anymore. I'm really worried." Renjun sighs again on the other end of the call.
"Look, Haechan I'm going to need you to just go back in there and be with him. I'm too far away right now so please? I don't want him to be alone." Haechan nods and wipes at his eyes.
"Ok. Please hurry." He hangs up and opens the door again and finds him still in the chair crying. He walks over and sits on the floor and gently coaxes him to come down and sit on his lap.

"Jeno baby, I've got you. You can cry on me all you want to. Renjun will be here soon ok?" Jeno nods on his shoulder and he just holds him through it.
"This reminds me of when my boyfriend and I broke up a while back. Jaemin had to hold me like a toddler for days. I came over and cried to him or he came to me but either way I was a mess." He chuckles.
"I'm trying to find me again."'Jeno whispers.
"Im just so scared. What if I find a person that I like a lot and want to be with but they won't want me? It's better to just not be different right? Be someone I'm not so everyone is happy." Haechan shakes his head.

"Never lose sight of who you are. You are so special and loved and if someone treats you badly for that then they shouldn't be in your life anyway." This makes him cry harder and by the time Renjun arrives Haechan is seeing red.

"He told me." He says with swollen red eyes. Renjun hugs him tightly.
"Thank you for being a friend to him. Where is he now?" He asks.
"He's asleep, I tucked him in." Renjun smiles softly and kisses his cheek.
"Hey? Are you ok?" Haechan whispers. Renjun nods with a soft smile.
"After a lot of therapy." Haechan hugs him again.
"Please don't mention this to anyone?" Haechan shakes his head.
"Of course not." He says.
"Haechanie? Can I call you later? I'd love to talk more about this." He smiles with a nod then leaves after a few more minutes and allows Renjun to take care of him.
