Chapter 3

Ava's POV:

Another day of tiredness and work, I already feel like quitting class representative position but I had volunteered for it myself so I can't really back out now but the problem is male CR, he is just such a ignorant jerk I still don't know why people even voted for him, I sighed and continued to walk along the empty corridors as I was really early to college due to my work as I was also a member of student council 'I totally regret it damn' with that I entered my classroom however I saw there someone sitting I least expected of, it was Arian Windsor the male CR of our class, he looked at me with those same cold eyes and averted it ignoring my presence

Nothing new however I was still irked but piling amount of work took away my attention, I sat at far opposite end from his table and while setting down my bag and taking out materials, I observed him he was as handsome as ever, neatly ironed uniform with slightly messy black hair it looked totally natural however one thing I find getting drawn to him are those pitch black eyes there was almost no emotion in them cold and mysterious but well it was his personality he barely talked with girls anyway I doubt he even remember my name at this point, "Don't you think its rude to stare at someone without their permission Ms. Ava King?" he said raising his head and meeting his eyes with me, my name sounded so foreign from him and I definitely saw amusement swirling in those eyes so I hurriedly looked down, "I wasn't staring at you or anything I just spaced out that's it" I heard chair screeching and footsteps followed after he was walking towards my table 'Damn why am feeling hot out of nowhere' he put his arms on both sides of my chair trapping me in, "Are you sure you weren't spacing out, Ms. King?" he stressed on my surname it sounded more foreign and he had audacity to smirk after that! But damn it suits him, 'Snap out of it Ava, you have a goddamn boyfriend' that brought me back

"I am sure of it so stay away 'Mr. Windsor' and you never come to college this early or do your work here except the times when professor calls so what brought you here?" he stayed silent and retreated back to his seat well it's not like I expected any response from him, "I woke up early so I came" his voice was back to cold and as usual short and sharp, "Then why do you never do the work?" I don't even know why I asked that question despite knowing answer, "Can't be bothered with it" 'As I thought'  I rolled my eyes at that

He said the same thing on the day we became CR when I went to introduce myself to him, I sighed and continued my work later I noticed it was almost time for classes to start so I got up and  was ready to leave but door knob was twisted from other side which caused me bumping hard into them almost falling however I was saved by someone putting their hands around me and dragging me up and when I saw it was Arian 'Why him out of all people?!' I inwardly groaned and slightly pushed him away, I ran off after muttering a small thanks but weird thing was I definitely heard a small chuckle from him which made me groan again 'I look like a fool now acting like that!'  as I was going towards locker I bumped into Eri and she was having weird expressions on her face, "You fine Eri?" however she was giving me suspicious look and asked "Are you okay?" I decided not to tell what happened in classroom for now as she kind off look troubled "Yeh yeh I am totally fine", "Well I will see you later at lunch" she ran off with that

During lunch we both were silent, after eating I remembered some work "I am going ahead, meet me in class later" and went off before she could reply anything, 'Hope it gives her time to sort out her mind' and rushed off to classroom, after bell went off I went to our table and waited for Eri, sir came and it's already been 5 mins yet she hasn't come, just as I was about to ask sir door burst open revealing none other than Ms. Erica Stewart in full glory however there was someone right behind her standing so closely, something was suspicious "Why are you late Ms. Stewart?" sir asked in his gruff voice, "Girl problems sir" she deadpanned sir he sure looked embarrassed for his life, whole class slightly cracked at it but shut up at his gaze, she came and stood beside me, "What about you Mr. Stanley?" he asked the boy behind her, he was also handsome 'Were boys in our college always this handsome or was I blind?' "Boy problems sir" he said it with such a neutral face as if it's a common thing hearing this whole class roared with laughter many were doubling on floor laughing, Eri was almost crying in laughter from it however sir let him in for some reason

After everything calmed down I suddenly noticed the mood change in Eri, she looked really serious and seemed like something was bothering her "Something wrong Eri?" I asked uncertainly "Meet me after school hours, let's walk together until bus stop" she said and I agreed without asking anything further however in midst of it I glanced at side sensing someone's gaze and it was Arian, he was looking at me emotionlessly but something looked different I raised my eyebrows in questioning manner he just avoided me as usual, I sighed at this regular thing

After college hours I went with Eri, she was quiet too much for my liking, "Heyy what happened Eri? You sure looked quite serious there and where is Celine? Don't you go with her daily?" she still stayed quiet, it was such a loud silence filled with tense that I was feeling from her "Hey you are scaring me talk something" I kept my hand on hers in a assuring manner which I doubt it worked "Celine... she..." 'Huh? It's about Celine?' "Celine... has went missing" the thing I feared came true...

Fun fact: Plot of this story was changed about 20-30 times 😂
