Today was her birthday party and we were up getting her ready. My mom walked into the living room, with Zaen and Deuce following behind her. "Did you take the cake out to the car already?" She asked as I shook my head. "No y/n came and got it a little bit ago. She took it to the venue," I told her as she nodded. "Alright, well I'm gonna head to the hotel to go get your dad, I'll see y'all later," she said as A'kai finally came downstairs holding seven dolls and a Barbie car. "My love you don't need all your dolls right now. Here, let's pick two, and set the rest on the couch," "Okay mommy," she picked two dolls and I picked her up, setting her in the bar stool. "Alright birthday girl. Should we do a bun or pony tails?" I asked as she completely ignored me, playing with her dolls. "Bun? Great choice Kai," I said to myself as I took down her ponytail. I brushed it into a neat bun, before swooping her edges and spraying her hair with some hair spray. "All done. You look beautiful mama," I said as she smiled. "Beautiful like you!" I cheesed before kissing her nose. "Thanks pumpkin. Let's get your dress on so we can go to your party!" I said as she got excited. I got her dressed and snapped a quick picture to send to y/n & post on instagram. Baby girl gave all types of face and posing.

"Time to go?" A'kai asked as I grabbed my purse and keys. "Yup, you ready lil mama?" She nodded and grabbed my hand. I locked up the house and drove heading to her birthday party. When we arrived I stared in awe. Everything was pink and perfect. Her party theme was rodeo themed, so everything was cow print and pinked out. I walked in seeing y/n set up the last few things as guest started to arrive. "Wow, everything looks so damn good y/n," I said as I gave her a small hug. "I know right! You did your thing planning this A. Hi baby A, you look so pretty mama," she said making me chuckle. Ever since we decided to name her A'kai, she started calling her baby A. I always thought it was so cute that she low key took my nickname. "Thanks mama. Can I have juice?" She asked pointing to the juice boxes on the table. Y/n gladly passed her one before she skipped off to play. "Wow we really have a three year old," she said as I chuckled. "I know right? Time just flying by. Feels like just yesterday I was big and ugly," I said as we laughed. "You were always beautiful, big though? Big as hell," she said making me playfully shove her. I sighed, looking at her face. I missed her so much. "I know this probably isn't the time and you probably don't wanna hear this, but I miss you y/n and I'm sorry, seriously," I said as she huffed, swaying from side to side. "It's whatever A, in the past now. I accept your apology," she said making me nod. "I'm gonna go welcome on some more guests," she said before walking away. I felt my eyes burning and cursed myself because no way I was about to cry. Shit it was my fault, I messed up. I took a deep breath, before going to find Lish. "Big Al! I missed you," I said as I hugged my best friend. She smiled as she hugged me back. "I missed you too big head. Where's Kai at? I have yet to see her and it's her damn birthday," she said as I laughed. "Oh I don't know I haven't seen baby girl since we got here," I looked around and laughed when I found her. "Girl she over there with Dawn, getting food," I said as we saw her at dawn's hip with a plate in hand. "Her lil greedy butt," she said as I laughed. "Dawn! Don't give her a lot she just ate," I called out as she waved me off. "It's her birthday A'ja! Leave her alone," I laughed and sat with lish and Jackie.

I cut my eyes to him as he apologized. "My fault, that's not funny. But seriously Y/n, if you want her back, I say go for it. If you truly forgive her, go get your family back," Rui said as I shook my head. "I don't know man. Plus I'm still talking to ol' girl. Anyways, how's your baby mama doin?" I said with a Smirk making Jay's drop. "That shit ain't funny. That bitch crazy as hell. Im never fucking a bitch raw ever again," he said making me laugh. "I tried to warn you! I got lucky, my baby mama actually like me, yours like that contract extension," I teased as he waved me off. "Yeah yeah, I'm getting a custody agreement and a DNA test. She not finna play me," he said as if that was so smart. "My nigga. She got pregnant. She already played you!" Rui said making me laugh. "How many times we gotta talk about you saying nigga? Your JAPANESE muthafucka," he said as I laughed. I felt a tiny tap on my leg and looked down seeing A'kai. "Mama, can I have cake?" She asked as she stared up at me with those cute little eyes. How could I say no? "No, not yet" I heard A'ja say, coming up behind me. Shoot better her than me. "Mommy said no Kai," I told her as A'ja smacked the back of my head, making me flinch. "Don't do that. Jay, Rui, would y'all like some food?" She asked as they both declined. "Nah we gotta get outta here soon, we got a game tomorrow. Just had to stop by for baby girl's birthday," Rui said as she smiled. "Well thank y'all. I appreciate and I know she does. She loves her uncles," she said as she wiped off A'kai's face. "For sure. Say I need a jersey soon A," Rui said as Jay agreed. "Facts. Ima get you a lakers one too," he said as she laughed. "Oh god no I'm not wearing that gaudy ass yellow and purple. I'll support y'all in private. I got y'all tho, def gotta get y'all in some 22's." She said as we all laughed. "Mmhm. Make sure the last name right on mines too," Jay said as she turned to the side. I was confused too. "What you mean? I ain't never seen a messed up jersey," I said. "Naw I'm saying make sure it got the right name on it," he said again. "I apologize, he a little slow," Rui said as Jay waved him off. "Well yeah it's definitely gonna say Wilson," she said as Kai reached out for her, making me pass her over. "See that's wrong, it's supposed to say Valentine," he said making us all stare, before laughing. "Your a fucking clown! Get on my nerves." I said as he laughed too. "Alright I'm joking. But it would be nice to see, just saying," he said as A'ja shook her head. "Y'all are funny. Im gonna go take some pictures of her by the back drop, I'll see y'all later," she said before walking off and I couldn't help but stare, I mean look at the material.

"Yeah she so damn gone man," Rui said as him and Jay laughed at me. I waved them off and sipped my drink. Jay was laughing a little too hard so I had to shut him up. "Again, at least my baby mama like me," I said before it was my Turn to laugh again.
