sav's povTeaching Lando how to do a simple tiktok transition is harder than teaching a dog a new trick.
"I just don't get it." He kept saying over and over again, and every time I would just laugh at his confusion.
"Here, I'll show you again." I laugh, pulling up the video Pierre and Kika made for what felt like the trillionth time. Clearly he wasn't a visual learner.
She steps in frame, he picks her up and throws her onto the phone to cover the screen, then he stands in the background as she completes the transition.
He still looks confused. "Okay how do you not get it, it's self explanatory." Really, I thought it was common sense. But now half an hour is taken from our time to get ready because he still hasn't gotten the idea of it.
"No I just don't get the point." He says blatantly, I throw my hands down to my sides, my mouth slightly ajar in shock. "Has that been your problem this whole time?" I ask, and he starts laughing. A clear yes.
"Lando!" I exclaim, unbelieving he had wasted so much time because he just didn't get the point of it. "Why didn't you tell me sooner?!"
His laughs continue, and I can't even be mad at him because the sound is so beautiful. "It was funny!" He insists through those heavenly laughs.
I shake my head, laughing through my nose at his explanation. "I just thought it would be cute." I confess, clearing up his earlier statement of 'I just don't get it'.
His laughs come to a slow stop, being replaced by a frown and a sympathetic look. "I'm sorry, it is cute." He wraps his arms around my neck, swaying my back in forth in his arms as he places multiple kisses on the top of my head.
His quick apology makes me laugh. A quick "what?" coming from him when I do so. "Nothing, you're just a try hard." I shrug, lifting his arms that are resting on my shoulders with me motion.
The weight of his arms is lifted as he pulls back, offended at my words. "I'm not a try hard!" He defends himself. Small chuckles escape me because of it.
"You so are." I nod frantically as I laugh again. He replies with a soft smile. "If loving you makes me a try hard then so be it." Another laugh from me at his attempt to be romantic. Another "what?!" from him at my laughs.
"That was just- ew! It was bad!" I cringe internally, he rolls his eyes with a playful smile on his face.
"I don't get you sometimes." He shakes his head, looking at me like I'm a jigsaw puzzle he just can't figure out. I move closer to him, our chests now touching as I look up at him, my head fully inclined back due to the height difference.
"Well, how boring would I be if I were completely predictable?" I smile up at him, my arms coming up to go around his neck, playing with the loose curls at the nape of his neck.
He picks up on my not so subtle hint. His hand moving to the small of my back to further support me as I get up on my tip toes to meet his lips somewhat halfway. I can feel his smile against my lips.
What started sweet quickly becomes feverish and messy. Hands all over, breaths heavy.
He starts moving me backwards, my legs hitting against the frame of my bed and I fall back onto it. His lips chase mine on our way down.
A giggle makes its way out of my lips and transfers into his attached ones. Another smile from him. His kisses leave my mouth, trailing from the corner of my lips to my jawline.
I have to stop him, I know I do, we have to get ready, but I don't want to stop him.
His hands run up and down my body, occasionally gripping my waist or my thighs. It causes the world to spin, so much so I have to close my eyes. But that only heightens the feeling of his touch ten fold so I force them open again, instead focusing on how amazing he looks right now.
