Ok can we all agree that theres nothing wrong with Gen 9? Like I only experienced 1 bug in it and that was because I tried to land ontop of a building but that wasn't even that bad. Anyway aside from that all the pokemon in this region were fabulous and with the new dlc coming out and Applins new convergent evolution: Dipplin coming to the roster of convergent evolutions, this ones gonna be a banger.
Wait. What was that? Its not a convergent evolution? Just a regular evolution? But its just Applin with a stick and sauce?
Ok why the hell is Dipplin an evolution of Applin? Is there even a point of calling it Dipplin? Why not Dragamel or Caramolt? Dipplin just sounds like off brand Applin. Dipplin shows up to the birthday parties when parents cant afford Applin. Dipplin is that one lego set as a kid that someone tries to sell you but its already completed and theres no fun to have with your fully built milenium falcon is there?
And Archaludon?! Banger pokemon, I really want to use it but why does Paldea have so many awesome steel types? Like I cant use Kingambit, Tinkaton and Archaludon on the same team, I already have a hard time fighting fire types. And while we're on the topic of Archaludon, why give one of the bulkiest dragon types the ability to use the eviolite? Like are we trying to get it banned? The only way I see it being beaten is with dumbass stall strategies or knock off but you cant stall it because its a steel type and nobody in their right mind brings will o wisp over toxic for a stall pokemon.
