Melony showed me the way to where the accident happened last night

"So.. This is the place where my brother dissapeared.." Melony stopped in a narrow but wide place

We went beside a house and the other side was a wooden wall

"So what clearly happened was?" I asked "well we.. I wanted to have a night walk with my brother since I never had the chance to talk to him because my mother hogs him by herself.. Well clearly step mom.." Melony clearly spoke

"And so we went to have a night walk and i-I didn't know t-this will happen to h-him" Melony then started crying

"Eh! It's okay don't cry" I as I rubbed her back "You feel so warm.." Melony spoke "uhh maybe it's because.. Yeah!" I sweatdropped

'I don't know why I'm so warm.. The sun is about to disappear already and that demon would show up..'

"By the way melony.. Is your mother.. Young?" I asked "wait I'm sorry if I asked that question! It's okay if you don't want to answer it considering it to be rude!" I waved my arms awkwardly but she only laughed "well yes.. She's a teenager" melony explained

"Ohh.. Okay I'm sorry for asking" I looked down "no it's okay!"

It was starting to get dark so I pulled out my katana that made melony startled a bit "you brought a katana! I didn't even notice you brought one"
melony spoke

I positioned my katana and tigthened my grip because maybe the demon will try to get it..

'Wait melony.. If melony is here then maybe she'll also end up gone..' I looked behind seeing her scared because her legs were trembling in fear

I concentrated.. Maybe smelling would work right? Tengen said I have great sence of smell too..

I kneeled to the floor and sniffed out a scent

'Wait.. I smell something..'

I stood up and ran forward "let's go melony!" I whispered shouted because it was already night time and people might be sleeping already or having dinner

Melony followed me but she was slow so she was at behind my back

But luckily she managed to be beside me

"We will have to go back to this place.. Let's go somewhere" I spoke as I walked to where there were houses with tiny lanterns that bearly lights up
