Khan was scared for Sooha until he saw Daerim looking directly at him with worry. She was standing right there, where Sooha was once, but most importantly she was alive.
'I thought I was too late to save you, Luna. I am glad you are safe.'
She had just stood up when the First Vampire threatened them all with Sooha's life, knowing that harming her would mean harming him. Even after being held hostage for so long which was apparent from her appearance as well as her tired stance, she thought of him instead of herself. Still, no matter what Khan couldn't just let Sooha's hand go, yet his grip on her hand was not as strong as before seeing Daerim's worried eyes.
"I haven't expected to see the Princess here!"
Dardan laughed at the situation. Once, the very same people did everything they could to get Sooha out of the Altar but now, they brought her here voluntarily.
'Lucky for them, I don't need her anymore.'
Heli's heart was beating at his throat. Dardan's laugh and following silence made him uncomfortable. What was he planning now? Was bringing Sooha here a mistake that everyone had to pay a price for?
Daerim was happy to see her pack for the few seconds before the First Vampire threatened everyone with Sooha's life. That threat that made everyone instinctively protect Sooha and Khan made her take a defending position as well even though how weak she was feeling. As everyone else, she knew harming Sooha meant harming Khan due to the imprinting between the two and Daerim couldn't let Khan be harmed. This didn't change the fact that her pride was scattered into pieces, though.
"Bring the Lycantrope to me, alive! You can capture the rest for yourselves. As for the princess, kill her, I don't need her anymore!"
With Dardan's words, it was suddenly a hell at the Altar. Several hybrids tried to capture Khan at the same time. The pack was trying their best to defend him, but they had to defend themselves as well, as there were other hybrids that tried to take them down, especially Ruslan. Solon didn't miss that, so he was trying to protect him while trying to control Sooha and his brothers.
The vampires would be astonished that Dardan could give up on Sooha that easily if they had the time to think over it but they didn't because of the vampires attacking to them.
*I told you it was not a good idea to bring Sooha here!*
*At least, he is not trying to steal her powers anymore.*
*Yeah! He directly wants to kill her, how sweet!*
Jino felt angry at Heli and his choice. They could have been helping the wolves as they were meant to instead of trying to protect Sooha from a bunch of vampires. Jino was the one who took care of Sooha the most when she was weak. During her nightmares, he was there by her side. He took care of her fevers and bed rests. After doing so much for a girl who he assumed his sister, putting her at risk was rightfully angering him.
The First Vampire was getting tired of the prolonging fight among his warriors and the wolves. The full moon were on their side, they were close to invincible, but he knew what to do.
"Alpha. You need to come up here if you want your 'mate' alive. If I can not have you, then you can't have her. I'll drink her out right in front of your eyes."
Hearing the First Vampire's words, Alpha snapped.
'NO ONE DARES TO THREATEN ME WITH MY LUNA! NOT ANYMORE!'
Alpha got rid of the two hybrids holding his arms spread to the sides and started running to the high platform Luna was on.
*Alpha NO-*
