He picks my head up stares directly into my eyes and smiles
"That feels better to know, "He says
"Do you have a date for the party? "He asks me
"No dont have I haven't thought about it" I say
He slowly bends down on one knee looks at me and holds my hand
"BE MY DATE TO THE PARTY SIM AERA" He asks me
I smile at him and say yes and then he stands up and pulls me close " So I am fixing it as that you and I have a date and are taken by each other until the party ends," Jay says I look at him with my cheeks heating up trying to hide my smile. He then moves a step back.I take the opportunity to run off into the kitchen to get snacks. I hear a chuckle behind me. I get the snacks and go out to see everyone sitting around a campfire.I see a seat next to Beomgyu and I go and sit there and keep the snacks in front of them
"Aera By any chance do you have sixth sense or mind-reading capabilities"Sunoo asks
"No why did you ask that??"I ask
"Cuz we were just thinking about getting snacks when u bought it.BTW did you see Jay Hyung inside We need him to discuss something?"Sunoo says
As soon as I hear Jay's name I go red and start fidgeting
"What happened Sunno why were you searching for me ?"A voice speaks beside me
I look to see Jay. He is focusing on what Sunoo is saying
"He fell first but she fell harder" Someone whispers into my ear as I see Beomgyu Grinning at me. I give him a look asking him to shut up when suddenly A hand is placed on my waist and pulled towards the other side I look at Jay clenching his jaw. And as soon as that happens Beomgyulosess it and is on the floor laughing. I look at him like he is weird
"Oh my god please this is hilarious. One is so in love and the other one is so oblivious " I say while laughing
"What are you talking about," Tae asks
"I am talking about Aera and her big Crush. Damn he is protective about her I can say that" Beomgyu says
"I agree that he is possessive and protective " Haru says giving me a smirk
I start blushing like hell.
"Kids Stop itCan'tt you see Aera is becoming a Tomato the chefs might mistake her for one and Take her to make curry" Mom jokes along with them and all of them erupt into laughter except for Jake and Dad. I am genuinely scared for them to know that like Jay.
Soon the conversation continued where it left off they were discussing who would be whose partner.
"Guys we already have dates, "TXT + heeseung oppa says
"So I think it perfect if we pair up Sunoo with Lia(A/N: Lia is a character I made up cuz I didn't know what else to do, Sunghoon with Haru and Jay with Aera "The mother says
"Why is Aera paired with Jay "I hear my dad whisper asking mom
"You know that right? He will be there tomorrow what will we tell him" I hear my dad whispering to mom
"They will not be there tomorrow cuz all of them have gone on a Vacation" I hear her whispering back to him
They talked about a "HE" Who is that? I didn't know what to do and I grabbed the person who normally gives me the most sensible answer every time I run into problems TAEHYUN-He is always the first one to hear what problems I am dealing with and gives me a logical yet emotional perfect solution- and went into mine and haru house and everyone was staring at us
IN AERA'S ROOM
"Hyun I-"
"Aera Listen to me You need to calm down and tell me what's wrong" Hyun said
I told him what I overheard my parents saying.
"WTF I finally thought that everything was going to be okay with how they were behaving but this is no way. Listen to me act like you don't know anything until they tell you themselves okay cause they say I, doesn't mean you have to accept I Youe and you know how yours and Gyu'd relationship ended. Dont let it repeat with you and Jay cuz The way you at Jay is the same way A one-sided lover looks at the moon So please don't let it go. None of us told anything when you nor Beomgyu took a stand for your relationship when it was needed yes we were very angry with you at that time but Beomgyu told us that he decided to stop you So please dont let Jay go, he is Great," Hyun said to me
"But Hyun They are my parents "
"Andparentst don't always ask one kid to compromise, So that their other kids are comfortable and they don't stop them from pursuing their dreams, they don't stop their kid from doing something that gives them happiness, They don't threaten their child that they will be disowned if they don't take up a career the parents want. Aera, We know the truth behind this Korean uni and business studies So dont try and defend them okay?. And for once Try putting your foot down and saying. If needed let your emotions flow in front of them and tell them everything dont care what happens then " He says
Yes, hyun is right. I need to take a stand for myself if no one will ever be happy.I should prioritize myself also.
"I promise you Hyun I will " I give him a smile
Let's get going they will be wondering why you dragged me off" Hyun says
"You will not tell anyone about this, "I say
"Promise," He says as we walk out
By the time we reach the living room me and hyun am bombarded with questions about what happened
"Dont worry Aunt. Aera let her intrusive thoughts win and started overthinking and she dragged me off and it took me a while to calm her down" Hyun says calming everyone down
"You gave us a scare Aera," Jake says as he hugs me
"I am sorry oppa," I say. Jake looks at me for a second and frowns.
"So tomorrow we go shopping as we decided we will be with our partners as decided okay " MrPark says. We all nod our heads and retire to our respective We all go to sleep
THE NEXT DAY
I wake up the next day early in the morning and get the breakfast ready as everyone comes in and everyone exchanges their greeting I look and Jay and we exchange a greeting
Soon After everyone was done having their breakfast they went to change since everyone had their cars they all decided they could go on their own but to the same mall.
"Take your time and get ready i can wait " Jay says as he walks out to go and get changed
I rush to my room so that I can change
