A ball like no other | [Furina x Navia]

The invitations

[this takes place after Fontaines achron quest and furinas story quest]

After the prophecy was wrong and prevented a ball was hosted to celebrate such a victory with everyone in Fontaine especially the ones who made a difference for it were invited even Furina was invited

As I arrived home from a rehearsal for a opera I'm working on with this group I see a note on my door it was inviting me to a ball tomorrow?

But why me I mean I heard every fontainain was invited but I thought I would be excluded because of what happened but still I guess I am a star in don again as I'm a actress.

I took of my door and put in my counter and sat on my couch, reading a book at still that ball was on my mind it just wouldn't go away.

Later that night was I was making some macaroni I heard a knock at my door and opened it. It was the Traveler and Paimon

"Hello."

I said and wave a hello as I saw them

"Hey, Furina"
Paimon said with a wave back

"We were just wondering if you were invited to the ball? And if you are going!"

Traveler added with a wave also.

"Oh well I haven't given much thought, I don't know if I will or not to be honest..but why don't you come in and have some dinner!"

I say as I open the door to the them come in.

"Oh thank you paimon do hungry!"

Paimon said with a smile and a giggle

Of course she's hungry when is she ever not hungry?

"ahem, back to what were talking about"

the traveler said a little quiter as I finished the macaroni and place 2 more bowls for them and we all sit

"So back to what we were say, are you coming to the ball?"

Paimon asks with a smile as she eats some macaroni

"like I told I don't know I'll maybe go.."

Ugh why is this so difficult for you to not being able to read people well

"Well this is just Paimon's opinion but I think you should go!"

Paimon said before she took ate some macaroni

"Well uh.."

I said a little shy I wasn't the biggest fan of going to such things anymore

"Please can you"

Paimon said looking hopeful

"Yeah we would really like you to come"

The traveler added with a smile

I feel like there teaming up against me so I do this. maybe you should go furina after all it will be refreshing to do something like this...

"Alright I'll think about it but I can't guarantee anything, okay."

I said back right before I ate some macaroni

"Okay!"

Paimon said happily

Well she seems to be in better mood now

after that we continued chatting over dinner and they left

I then got ready for bed as a roll over in my bed I can't stop thinking about the ball I don't know why but I just couldn't stop thinking about eventually I soon fall asleep

As I was helping cleaning up the Spina with the help of Clorinde I and her receive a letter inviting us to a ball, a ball to celebrate the prophecy being wrong. I agree to come right away while continuing to work

I start talking to Clorinde

"So are you planning on going to the ball"

I asked

"No." 
she replied quickly

"I came here to get out of the spot light in me and to make it bigger. What about you, Navia do you plan on going?"

Clorinde added

"Well probably I don't wanna be such a person to decline such a invitation"

I said with a giggle as I continued to help the people of Poisson

later that night while having some Macaroons  I look over 

Poisson and start to think maybe I could rise some money to help Poisson it's decided I'm going to the ball
