An individual can gain Skills by using these five methods:

[Birth or Evolution]
Certain Races are born with Intrinsic Skills.

Guy: Intrinsic Skill, An ability that was already able to be use just after born

Veldanava: Intrinsic Skill usually always come with a specific race such as Ramiris's Small World, with the level on Ultimate Skill in its own right
