Evie woke up, rubbing her eyes to try to get them to adjust to the sunlight peaking in through Matt's curtains quicker.
She looked down and saw Matt sound asleep, his hair messily over his eyes. Evie smiled, giving him a small kiss on the forehead before she got up and grabbed some clothes.
She went to his bathroom and grabbed her toothbrush, she brushed her teeth before she changed into the crop top and jeans she grabbed and then she went to wash her face.
Once she was done, she dried her face off and looked up to see Matt standing in the doorway. "Matt! My god!" She flinched and he giggled.
"Sorry baby." He said softly and she smiled at him. "Don't apologize, birthday boy!" She looked at him and watched as a small smile made its way to his face.
"Oh right." He mumbled. "You forgot it was your birthday or what?" She scoffed a laugh. "It's just really early." He chuckled.
"Yeah I know, we can go back to bed, I will go with because it's your birthday or we could go get breakfast, just me and you." She looked at him.
