╚─────────────────────╝"You sure me picking you up and dropping you off until your arm is healed isn't going to cause any problems?" Asked Fatima who was driving Zac back home after picking up her car.
"Fatima if I said it isn't going to cause any problems, it isn't going to cause any problems." Zac said reassuring her that everything was fine. "I need you to trust my word." He said.
"I do trust your word, I just know how the female mind works and i'm not with it. I'm just trying to be a supportive co-worker and friend." Fatima thought about the encounters that have transpired and got irritated all over again. "I appreciate you." Zac said gratefully.
"Don't mention it." Fatima gave him a soft smile. Fatima pulled up in the drive way of Zacs home and placed the car in park. She looked over at Zac who was unbuckling his seat belt.
"Alright Taylor, Have a good night." She handed him his briefcase that was in the backseat.
"You have a good night as well Wilson, make sure you let me know that you got home safely." Zac said opening his door.
"I will." They smiled at each other and Zac walked inside of his home. Zac looked out of the window and watched Fatima drive away. Once she was out of sight he walked further inside of his home and walked upstairs to get out of the clothes he wore for the day.
Once his clothes were changed he went to the kitchen to fix himself something to eat to hold him over until dinner. As he washed his hands Sabrina walked into the house and sat the grocery bags she was carrying on the counter.
"You could've called me outside to help you." Zac said grabbing a paper towel to dry his hands.
"I didn't need help." Sabrina didn't bother to look in Zacs direction.
"You were legit struggling when you walked in here, you could barely lift the bags on the counter." Zac said to her.
"Whatever Zac." She said beginning to take the items out of the bag.
"You still have an injured arm, how much of a help could you have been?" She asked, placing the orange juice she brought in the fridge.
"Injured doesn't mean cripple, Sabrina." He brushed her off, preparing to get himself something to eat.
"Okay." Was all she said before she grabbed her purse and went upstairs. Zac went to the fridge and grabbed the supplies he needed to make himself a sandwich.
As he began to make his sandwich his phone went off. He picked it up and seen a message from Fatima letting him know that she made it home. He responded to the message then went back to making his sandwich.
