Chapter 2

  Zee pov

" No my friend I don't know anyone right now....I will ask Nat though as you know my wife is still good at reading people" Max said as Zee chuckles...

" It's ok ...No doubt his choice is amazing but I have been told to avoid others setting up for me" I  replied

Suddenly Nunew looked up as if he was writing some numbers on air as if he was having some kind of invisible white board..
I stared at him and laugh softly while looking at Max...

" What's going on?" I asked

" He does that sometimes like writing numbers in the air so he can visualise the numbers on his own way." Max replied

" A quick one" I said as Max shrugged

" I don't care how he does but what important is he gets his work done" Max said

"The only reason I'm able to spend more time with Nat is because of him...I let him do some of the paperwork at nights because I thinking of training him to be my assistant manager for the evening shift" Max said as I nodded in response..

" I understand but didn't you said he hasn't worked here for a long time...will it not cause an issue among the other staff" I asked curiously

" Honestly I don't care but I see my staff getting along with him very well...Even if there is any issues or they have any questions, they would look for him... Every staff knows that he is more experienced and knows how to deal with anything " Max replied as I nodded and looked at the boy still doing maths in the air...

" Well that's good and he seems quite young" I said looking at the boy

" Well he just turned 22 a months ago" Max said..

Suddenly the boy finished calculating and he slide the pile of receipt towards Max with total written...He then start filling others form for Max....I sigh and looking at the boy in front of me...I was attracted towards the boy since my first glance and it was difficult to take my eyes off him...

Suddenly Max blurred out when he saw me watching the boy intensely

" Zee I think you need a good boy in your life like Nunew here" Max said making me look at him...

I looked at the boy as he blinked and looked at both of us back and forth blankly

" Huh!! Did you tell me something" He asked as I chuckled...

Max was right he totally didn't notice that we  were talking about him since a long time...

"So you think I should get someone little less materialistic " I asked as Max nodded

" Exactly then you can spoil him however you want and if he reacts appreciatly then you know you have found someone worth around" Max said as I shook my head

" Easy for you to say because you married your first love" I said as Max sigh loudly...

" Zee listen you are also destined with good things but it just that sometimes these things take time" Max said making me smile

He was busy when Max nudged making him snapped out and grab his attention to Max...

" Yes" He said smiling

" Nunew ...You believe in love right?" Max asked as he scoffed

" No it's a rare thing and I've never seen it " He said loudly as Max looked at him with  surprised as I chuckled...

" I didn't expect that answer from him" Max said as I looked at the boy...

His cute looks, black hair ,his mesmerizing eyes, squishy cheeks and his plump pink lips...even his fingers were so thin...I suddenly find him so dedicate and so attractive... I was to caught up looking at the boy when Max cleared his throat suddenly making me feel embarrassed...

" Zee you should start dating again...it's been 3 years and in couple of years you will be 30 but find someone out of your circle " Max said as I frowned

" You know I got some particular....tastes ...
It's just that I haven't met anyone out of my circle " I replied as Max gave me as I was joking around...

" Have you ever tried?" Max asked me...

I think for a moment what Max was saying is actually right...I haven't tried anyone outside of my circle....

" Actually you are right I should find someone shy, introvert boy who appreciates gifts and doesn't demand things from me all the time" I replied

But suddenly the boy started arranging the stack of forms and placed the register towards Max ...

" Do you need anything else? " He asked Max as he shook his head

" No you can head home...But Nunew can you come early...I need you all day tomorrow" Max asked the boy as he nodded

" Yes I will... see you tomorrow " the boy replied and turned towards me and softly said" bye" and walked away...

As soon as the boy left the table I looked at Max ...

" Your are going to overworked the boy" I said as Max shakes his head

" Nunew loves working extra hours as he needs extra money" Max said as I breathed out

" He always offer to extra work hours and....his address is a cheap motel in a shit part of the town" Max said as I glanced at the door where the boy just disappeared a few minutes ago...I then glanced at my watch showing 11:30 pm...

" How is he going to go home?" I asked Max

" By bus or maybe he will walk" Max replied

I thought it can be dangerous walking alone home at this hour and I gave a concerned look at Max for the poor boy...

"Don't worry he is tough and I doubt anyone dumb enough would like to mess with him" Max said..

" That boy is incredibly beautiful, a hard worker, clearly intelligent and a kind one...I think I should be looking him as my boyfriend...I bet he will look amazing with all checkout outfit " I said as Max nodded with a smile

" You can try for him but you shouldn't just walk up to him and ask him out...Take some time and get to know him first....and don't accept him to accept you if you are too forward...and the most important thing never give you card asking him to call you...he will throw it away " Max said as I chuckle

"Yeah I suspected that.....I have to take a different approach.....What would you suggest?" I asked Max as he sip of his coffee

"Try to be his friend first but no flirt... I'm not sure he will be open to someone new who doesn't want anything in return " Max said

I suddenly remembered the high school days and laughed...it was always Max who asked advice from me about relationships and now the tables have turned...I was the one asking advice from Max as he laughed remembering old days and then turned serious and looked at me...

" Zee just be careful... Don't hurt Nunew..He is a good boy and I hate to see him distressed and hurt because of you" Max said seriously as I nodded..

I assured Max that he doesn't have to worry about anything and I will be careful and move slowly...I might enjoy the challenge winning over the boy....I told Max to put a good words about me infront to the boy...And once Max will give me a sign I will express my feelings...

" I will if he ask me about you ....and if you want you can take his help to keep those bitches away from you...And it will be his decision and I will not push him to do anything" Max said as I nodded

" And his name is Nunew Chawarin and stop calling him boy" Max said as he smile brightly as I nodded in response...

" Nunew Chawarin" I thought smirking...
