In the shadow of depths, our tale unfold,
A treasure once held, worth more than gold.
She was my anchor, my guiding light,
In the darkest night, she made it bright.
My rock, my shelter in life's pouring rain,
She wiped my tears, eased every pain.
Side by side, we braved the roughest tide,
In stormy seas, our bond would not divide.
Yet fate, cruel , tore her from my sight,
Leaving me adrift in the shrouded night.
A once-strong bond, now shattered, torn,
Whispers in the breeze, where once we were sworn.
In the sea, my ship sails alone,
With a heart as heavy as a stone.
Lost without a compass, no North Star in sight,
I watch her dim glow from afar, night after night.
