He looked at the curtains flowing back and forth.
He wanted to get up, but his body wouldn't let him.
The cold atmosphere made Rengoku shiver.

Kyojuro closed his eyes and turned his head towards the ceiling.
He attempted to fall asleep again- until he felt a breath tickle his nose.

The flame hasira's eyes shot open.
He was face-to-face with a person.
They looked at him blankly with their golden eyes.

They quickly shuffled out of his way in panic.

Rengoku laid there, his body stiff and cold.
It all happened so fast that the only thing he could remember was the person's golden eyes.

In the morning he asked Aoi about this.

"A person came into your room?!" She panicked.

"I have to tell this to Ms. Kocho. This could be bad."
She said looking at Kyojuro.

"What did they do?"
The sound of clicking on keys filled the room.
Rengoku turned his laptop around to show the young girl. 'I'm not sure, once I saw them, they ran away. '

Aoi walked over to the window.
She noticed a mark under the window.

It was a black stain.
"This looks like some type of oil, maybe for a vehicle? "
She spoke out loud.

Rengoku looked at the stain, then back at Aoi.
He started typing more on his laptop.

Aoi walked over to him to see what he was typing.
The laptop screen consisted of many photos of automobile repair shops.

"You better not do anything irrational Mr. Rengoku." She scolded him causing Kyojuro to chuckle.

She left, gathered her things, and left the room.
"Oh, Senjuro said he won't be able to come today, but his friends wanted to." She told him.

Kyojuro smiled and nodded.

Rengoku watched her walk away slowly, her butterfly hairpins glistened from the sunlight.
He looked at the window, which was where the sunlight peered through.

Rengoku sighed, turning away from the mystery he couldn't solve.
He typed away on his laptop.

"Shit, why did I do that!" Akaza screamed into his jacket.
'I can't let this get to my head' He tried reassuring himself as he leaned on a tree.

He took off his gloves and laid them on his helmet.
Akaza stayed in the shelter of the tree.
He looked up at the moon, and the moon looked down at him.

He let himself change into his demon appearance. Akaza let out a sigh and went to sit in front of the lake water.
He dipped his hands in, he shivered despite not feeling cold.
Suddenly a wave of nausea hit him. He still couldn't handle water; ironic that they were surrounded by the lake.

Akaza never understood this, he never understood why he hated looking down on a body of water.
Maybe he just had a fear of falling in- maybe a fear of drowning?
How could he help if he wasn't even capable of-
