Chapter 6

"There she is!! My princess!" Your dad said with a huge smile hugging you tightly "and yuki and Choso managed to come!" He cheered one hand having tongs in it and the other a glass of beer

"Hello sir" both your friends said politely
Yuki was wearing light blue Levi shorts and royal blue tight fitting halter top. Choso was wearing his signature great baggy jeans but paired with a black compression top
"Can I get you three anything to drink?" Your dad smiled "we're fine sir" Choso said with a bow
"No need to be so formal as my future son in law you need to get comfortable around me and the family" your dad grinned Chosos face turning a deep red "Dad.." you mumbled as one of your uncles called him over

"I need to go flip the ribs, make yourselves at home!" Your dad waved walking towards your uncle

"Is that [Name]? She's all grown up!!" One of your aunts said as your cousin, the birthday girl ran towards you

"[Name]!!" She cheered as you lifted her up Choso standing by you as Yuki had gone on a side quest to find your older cousin

"Hey ryoko!" You smiled as the girl noticed Choso and went back down "you brought your boyfriend!!" She smiled hugging chosos leg "my what??" You said the statement catching both you and Choso off guard

"Your lil boyfriend, that's what my mum calls him and aunt Gloria" Ryoko stated "Oh!" You sighed Turing to Choso and giving him a sorry look

"It's fine" he smiled lifting the girl up "but ryo his name is Choso so call him that" you said as the girl nodded spinning around to show off the light purple princess dress she was wearing

"Choso please can you help us flip the bouncy castle?" Your little cousin asked as Choso nodded "leads the way" he smiled, the young girl holding onto his hand and dragging him to the play area while you took a seat near the end of the garden, having gotten some food for you and Choso, having no clue where yuki was

"Most of the kids were refusing to get off the bouncy castle until their parents made them" Choso sighed as he took a seat next to you "I was wondering what was taking you so long" You smiled handing him the food

"Thanks" he said taking a bite from the ribs whilst the two of you watched the party unfold, you didn't really have cousins your own age so it was mostly younger kids of people already coming to thirty, other than the one yuki was pursuing you were the only teen so you were glad your friends tagged along

"Why is suguru asking where we are?" Choso thought as he opened his phone

"I'm at [Names] dads house" chosos texted
"What are you getting his blessing?" Suguru texted back immediately
"Die" Choso wrote before switching off him phone and looking as you whilst you talking to your father

"Her outfits nice.." Choso thought as he admired your figure, you were wearing a black tube top and a jean skirt that matched with your small black and gold handbag, you'd  straightened your hair and styled it in a half up half down look leaving some of the front out and you wore small gold hoops that your father had gotten you some time ago

"She looks amazing" Choso sighed starting to daydream whilst you brought him back to earth with your voice

"What did you say sorry?" Choso asked jolting up
"I said I was thinking about getting sister Locs when I'm in my twenties" you said, the noirette staring at you cluelessly

"What's that?" Choso asked as you pointed to one of your younger aunts "like hers" you said

"That would look really nice on you" Choso said "not like you don't look nice withought them you look amazing! But you'd still look amazing with them!" Choso rambled earning a laugh from you
"Thanks choso" you smiled yuki making her way over to you guys
